I'm very satisfied with my 2 trailer purchases from them. I bought a 12 ft enclosed with ramp door, which I am using. Trailer was clean and workmanship was very very good. Also I ordered a 26 ft enclosed car hauler several months ago. Trailer arrived recently. Again trailer was clean and workmanship was very very good. Sides of aluminum were very straight not wavy. Steve and his wife were very helpful in my purchases. I knew basically what I wanted. They made suggestions for small details that made the trailers very comfortable to use. Their service before and after sale and prices were very good. I am very happy dealing with them.
We purchased a 2015 enclosed 12’ x 6’ continental cargo trailer from SAY Trailers located in Latrobe, PA. 2 months after purchasing, we found out that the undercoating was not properly applied at the factory causing rust issues. This was supposedly fixed. Less than a year after purchasing, we noticed rust and paint chipping/flaking off on the upper inside of the trailer where there should be no moisture. Contacted SAY Trailers and manufacturer, they would not replace as we requested but only sent paint to supposedly “fix” the issues. Now just barely 3 years old, we are having the same rust/paint/chipping issues on the inside of the trailer. SAY Trailers and the manufacturer rep at Forest River Cargo stated that they had never seen this before yet insinuated that somehow we were the cause of this damage ourselves, but this was to the inside of the trailer where no moisture should be. Please see pictures to judge for yourself. Would not recommend purchasing a continental cargo trailer due to poor manufacturing and customer service. Buyer beware!
