As new business owners with no experience, we needed a firm that would walk us through the many legalities we now faced. Scaring Law did that and more at an affordable rate.

Had to get an attorney for family law! Really this firm should get absolutely no stars and I am definitely not someone who has ever given a bad review EXCEPT now it is critical, had enough of these so-called attorneys taken me for a ride, they take all your money and ABSOLUTELY do not fight for you at all. Do not want anyone else to go through what I have experienced with this firm. Been paying thousands and thousands of dollars for losing every time. Spent thousands and thousands of dollars, on a previous law firm who did not know what they were doing, and this firm is no better. The owner wants you to believe he cares, he does not care about anything except money, that is it money. I requested documentation that I already paid for involving my case, that is mine, and I am being ignored now that they got thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars for losing. Trust me when I say this, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM! I am expecting a response back from the owner as it appears he has something to say when someone gives this firm a bad review BUT trust me everyone, do not believe what he says, I was NOTHING but a good, HONEST CLIENT and always paid there bill every single time thousands and thousands of dollars AND I get absolutely NOTHING in return, this firm cannot win anything for me. No excuse at all will change the fact that they took my money, gave me bad legal advice and lost every time for me.

Marc Scaringi is an unprofessional attorney. After I posted my review, he called me late in the evening at exactly 9: 30 on 12/18. He appeared to me to be drinking. He said horrible things in attempt to make me take down my review. I am going to report him to the bar and the Pennsylvania supreme court disciplinary committee. This man is EXTREMLEY unprofessional.

Our daughter earned a very competitive internship position in a health related field. The internship is required as a part of licensing in Pennsylvania. The program requires interns to be up-to-date on all vaccines along with titer blood tests proving acceptable antibody levels. Our daughter is currently employed by a hospital, which accepted her religious exemption to all vaccines. The internship director indicated that all intern requests for a religious exemption to vaccines must be approved by the organization's Legal Department and in her experience, she had not seen one approved. We immediately called Jeff Schott. There was not a lot of time to submit and obtain approval of her religious exemption as the program began in a few weeks. Jeff responded immediately and guided our daughter in formulating a clear, concise and thorough religious exemption. Jeff was responsive and attentive. He cares about getting his clients the best results. Despite the odds of knowing that this program has never accepted a prior exemption, our daughter's religious exemption was approved. Further, the internship director found placement in all of the required rotations (which includes different medical organizations). Our daughter began the internship program this week. We are grateful to Jeff for his assistance, guidance and attention to detail that made this possible!

I had issue with the initial appointment, but later I learned that it's due to technical issue with my phone. They had to reschedule my meeting but i never received the call to reschedule. The call was automatically forwarded to my work number and I never see it until now. I left an initial review criticizing how the schedule change was handled, but now I owe an apology to Marc's team. On Marc's credit, he called and tried to make it right, professionally. Again, his call got forwarded to my work number again and i didn't see it until today.
On the issue that I needed help with, i got connected to Jeff S and he's been very helpful with my issue, even giving few pointers to try resolving my issues without his service first. Greatly appreciate Marc Scaringi and his team.

He callled me and unlike other lawyers who said nope can't help, this law firm is great and in he explained everything to me in detail and reclmended that I write a letter to the school district. Told me what to say and was very concernced even tho he was unable to do anything about the scholl doing what they did to my daughter. If I ever need a lawyer, I will be contacting this firm

They're over priced and want too much for retainers. Their secretary's can't get keep good notes and enter wrong information. Will never go back. Find another firm.

They have offered to help correct this and I really do appreciate the good jester. I believe the owner of this practice to be an honest, reliable person, and it's not fair to him as he can not control every situation.

I chose the firm for a employment dispute. I was lucky to get Jeffrey Schott as my attorney. He as friendly, knowledgable, and flexible. He met with me that day and started working on my case. He tried to save me money when he could and ultimately got exactly what I wanted. I received my full severance package plus extra. Highly recommend this firm.
