Scatton's Heating and Cooling, Lansdale PA

I began as a client of Scatton's over 25 years ago! I lived around the corner and appreciated their quality and customer service.

Then I moved into the city and was on my own. When I moved back out within their area over a decade ago, I became a devoted customer once again.

Yesterday on a very warm (86 degrees) afternoon, I noticed our AC was set to 75 and it was 80 and climbing in our house. I immediately called and Scatton's had someone out to my home within two hours. (Tip: enroll in their maintenance plan!)

Our HVAC is over 20 years old and I was honestly praying the tech would find an easy (and inexpensive) problem. I was shocked when he was gone in under 20 minutes.

My husband explained he found what was broken and replaced the dual capacitor and I'm forever grateful!

We have been dealing with Scattons for about 20 years. Some of the same techs are with them which speaks well of their management. Friendly, courteous, clean workers.

Scatton's does our maintenance on our AC and heating systems. As part of that maintenance, they informed us that we have a leak in the system and therefore need a new system. I worked with Dave Rehl on the proposal for the new system and he did a great job communicating with me about what system would be best for our house, answering all my questions, and giving me a very reasonable price. The installers (Mark, Ted, and Dan) showed up on time, were very friendly/ clean, walked me through the work they performed, and did great quality work. Loving having a new AC/ Heating system before the summer heat kicks in this week. Thanks very much Scattons!

By far the BEST HVAC company in the area. They were very knowledgable, & treated the install as if it were their own house. On time, precise, & communicated from start to finish. The owner, on-site manager, the staff in the office, & installation crew are all very pleasant to deal with. By far the BEST in the area for any of your HVAC needs.
