Schlier's Towing, Lehighton PA

Horrible experience the guy that came was extremely rude and they wanted 200 for them to open my car while onther place only asked for 20 I'll never ask them for help and hope others don't as well

I had an issue with my car AAA called Schliers Towing in Lehighton Pa, they were very prompt and professional.the driver Derek was very helpful i would give him 5 stars for the service he provided.

Don, Joel, Rick and the crew do an awesome job in caring for my vehicles! I highly recommend them!

Extremely rude and unhelpful. I broke down on the highway with my horses in a trailer and they told me they could help me get my truck fixed. After getting towed there they told me the lady on the phone was wrong and they were too busy to help me at all. They were extremely rude about the whole thing.

Had to use them twice already the driver was nice and resoursefull. But had some run ins with staff in building and they where a little rude and only worried about making money mr frank always had a bad bed mannors as long as he is there i staff away from there. I only use them for a quick tow as the drivers are nice but as a friend of prior employees he is a very rude and mean and hard to work with are even to get along with.

They left 2 young girls stranded in a parking lot for 3 hours we called multiple times to see when they were coming never got a call back with an update not even sure if they showed up at all as we ended up calling elsewhere

The driver who helped me when I got my car stuck in an unfamiliar area while working home health was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, creatively getting my car out without damage, and back on the road to see my patients.

I noticed my inspection was expired so I stopped and they took me right in and they changed also the oil oil filter air filter which was missed by my previous mechanic these people they do good job they are professional with reasonable prices I'm glad I stopped at this place now I know where to go next time I have a problem with my car

Refused to pick up my car after waiting around 2 hours for them. Then called company to discuss this and lady hung up on me. Customer service is horrible and they don’t care about the people they are providing a service with.

This is an amazing towing guy. If you are ever stuck, this is the man to call. Thank you kindly.

I unfortunately had to use them for a tow company thru my insurance company for my wheel blowing out, the owner is absolutely horrific with his mouth and his employee s act very nervous when they speak on the phone, the tow truck driver was a nice man but did have mh vehicle hit on a turn into an alley that is rather wide, i was talked to terribly by the owner for his employees accident, and he offered me 300 bucks for mg vehicle I dont think so bud and the house that was hit he never reported. Absolutely unacceptable for a business grow the hell up n Man up,

So I got stuck on the mountain 3 mins from the top of bake oven knob. Someone behind me out of sight was also stuck. So the tow truck driver couldn’t get to me because the other guy was in the way. Instead of the tow truck driver calling me to tell me that, he ignored my calls and blocked my number. A simple phone call letting me know he can’t help would’ve saved me 2 hours of waiting for him. Terrible customer service. Would not rely on these guys to save you if you are stuck at all. I’m still stuck as we speak

The driver/tech that jump started my battery tonight was fantastic. He was so nice even after being sent to a wrong location, at no fault to his. Not to mention he got my car started and I was sure I needed a new battery that costs $200. Job well done young man.

Got my car towed because it broke down. Ryan did an excellent job of loading my car and was very safe. My car was delivered on time. I even got a phone call from Frank, who checked on my experience with his business. You could tell he really cares about the customer! 5 stars! Great towing service

Do not use Schlier’s towing - Horrible experience! Contacted by my insurance co. To tow my truck. Was told would be there within 1 hr. 1: 15 later they called me (hadn’t left yet) to quote a price to tow my trailer a total of 4 miles to local rest area. They wanted an additional $155 + tax. I told them my wife was coming with a rental truck and would pass on the trailer tow - but still wanted the arranged tow for my disabled truck. They blew me off and didn’t want the truck tow if they couldn’t also get the extra for the trailer. Told me to call someone else after I already waited 1.25 hrs. I should start over and wait another hour plus and they hung up on me - Wow! Read the other reviews - none are good. Don’t waste your time or money on them! Very rude and unprofessional!
