Having used Schultheis for years we expect great service. Justin and Matthew exceeded our expectations when they replaced our AC unit recently. They were prompt and efficient, clean and courteous as they worked on the install. We highly recommend Schultheis Brothers for your complete heating and cooling needs.

Clark and his team did an amazing job. They were punctual and extremely clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The roof looks amazing and they let me know about anything they encountered after removing the shingles. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof. Thanks again to Clark and the team.

Roof technician came to assess a few loose shingles we saw laying on the roof after a high winds. They were able to replace the shingles on the ridge vent while they were here. We are very pleased with their service.

Called 3 weeks ago to get an estimate on a new roof. Was told that someone would just stop by and check it out. Waited 2 weeks and called and asked if the estimate had been created or if anyone had looked at the roof. Receptionist said she will check with the estimator and will get back to me. Days later and still haven't heard anything from them. It's been raining for 3 days straight.
No way they are installing roofs but still unable to provide an estimate. I'll just get another company.

We hired Schultheis Bros for a roof repair. They were very professional. Steve did an excellent job. Very patient and answered all my questions. Steve also took pictures so I can see everything that needed done. We are very pleased with the work and will use them again for any roofing or HVAC needs. I would definitely recommend them. I greatly appreciated Nathan, Patty, Steve and the whole crew that worked on our roof. It was a very coordinated effort from estimate, scheduling, arrival, removal, repair, install and cleanup. They were respectful and responsible to all our needs and completed the job in less than 7.5 hours from start to finish. (Small roof)
Even with a small hiccup of debris getting into the dryer vent, Steve and helpers came out and cleaned everything out of the vent line to make it right.
My experience was a great success!

My wife and I hired Schultheis Bros.to install a ductless mini-split for our big third floor room that gets quite hot in the summer. Project Manager Jamie and assistant Josh just finished the job and we are thrilled with the results. The mini-split is already cooling the room. It feels wonderful. Jamie and Josh were both professional, very friendly, eager to please, and worked like dogs going up and down three flights of stairs throughout the day. Fast ane easy to work with. They did miss a nail in the driveway so we a had a tire puncture. Minus one star for that otherwise would be 5 stars.

The gentleman who came out checked the furnace and cleaned everything. He set my thermostat so I would not wake up to 68degrees. His name is Darryl He was just wonderful and I will ask for him personally!

Workers did not use tarps on ground to catch debris. Tossing debris off roof they bent a lower level aluminum awning, dented aluminum storage shed roof, and broke double spotlight on back wall of house. We now have cracks in bedroom ceilings where there were none from slamming shingle bundles down. Removed and closed in 2 existing vents for intake air for power fan. Now there is not enough intake air for new fan. Worst of all, workers did not admit they did any damage and just left. We found all damages in the next several days. Not very professional. Will not use or recommend this company again.

Had to have both my AC unit and furnace replaced. Took several weeks for the installation to occur, but fabulous and professional job. Have had good results with Schulteis in the past for repairs.

Schultheis replaced the 60-year-old roof and gutters on my father's house. They were easy to work with and were timely with the job completion and cleanup.

We used them to replace our boiler (November 2022). Very polite, did what was expected and left no mess! Their estimate was the best out of the four other companies we reached out to. I would definitely recommend them.

They did my roof yesterday and it looks great! Everyone worked hard and was respectful and friendly. They cleaned up EVERYTHING before leaving and their price was cheaper than some others

Did a very good job replacing my roof.showed up on time.communicated well.will recommend to others. Edit: it's 2 years later and I am still cleaning up old shingle pieces and roofing nails that have been falling down onto my lower roof.not to mention 2 downspouts I had to take down and clean out because they were full of garbage.they still did a good job on roof but very bad on cleanup

My experience with Schultheis Bros was that they were initially very responsive when I first contacted them for a quote, then when I had to reschedule the job because of a genuine family emergency, they made me call four or five times in the course of two weeks until they were able to call me back to reschedule. As for the job itself, the crew was very professional, careful, and friendly, and completed the job within the expected time line. The only real negative note: they could have cleaned up much better after themselves instead of using my backyard garden as an open-air trash can, *though I did not get a chance to call them with this feedback during their office hours*. That is the reason I gave them four stars instead of five. I hope this is helpful feedback to other customers as well.

Great company, and very easy to get in touch with. Everyone I spoke with was professional, helpful and friendly. Loved how easy the estimation process was with absolutely no pressure or sales tactics. New roof went up quickly and looks fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely recommend.
