4Very professional excellent follow up to an issue we had last week. Staff was very helpful in resolving a minor issue that occurred last week. We greatly appreciate the care our mother receives.
The nurses are great with my brother. It warms my heart to see him laugh and joke around with them. They definitely keep his spirits up.
I could not be more pleased with the staff and care my loved one gets on the Home stead unit. Sue is an angel to those residents. The rest of the activity staff aides and nurses are just wonderful and I feel at ease knowing my loved one is I such good hands.
My father in law did not get dinner tonight. Nobody acted upon it until I asked. Yet his roommate came in today at the same time and had a meal. Very disgusted right now.
