Schwanger Bros installed my furnace and ac system and we were very happy with our choice in going with them. This is a small business that treats you like family. The price was right and the job was done nicely. The free quote and paperwork was easy and the customer service was superb. We’d definitely use them again.

We've been using Schwanger Brothers for over a year now and have been thrilled with the service. We had an unexpected issue with an AC installed by another company and Wyatt and his team got the problem solved quickly and even worked with the manufacturer to ensure it was covered under warranty. They've always gone above and beyond and we highly recommend them!

New customer. Had basement oil tanks replaced because they were very old and didn't trust them to not eventually spring a leak. Schwanger was quick to inspect, quote entire job, and answer many questions. All work was completed in a single day. Installers were obviously well experienced and efficient. Will be using Schwanger for other services going forward. Highly recommend them.

Not, “just what I’d expect, ” but beyond what I expected of a locally, family owned company. Very prompt, flexible, and treated us like family. Why I didn’t go with Schwanger Bros years ago I don’t know, but I am glad to have them service my property now. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are available to answer and educate me so I understand my heating/cooling system. Cannot thank them enough!

We have been customers of Schwanger Bros.for over 35 years. We have always received quality products and exceptional service from their Heating and AC division. So much so, that we are planning to add their plumbing service plan to our home coverage. We highly recommend that you make them your provider as well.

Rude. They charge U'r account before delivering heating oil. When buying a service contract, they want more money upfront in the event they have other issuses at the time.

Brad and Will just left after replacing our 50+ year old Herrco oil burner, which kicked the bucket during the last cold snap we had. They were extremely professional and efficient. Carl and Wyatt worked well with us to get the burner replaced. Excellent customer service, great technicians and staff all around!

The driver of the propane truck is beyond rude. I'm traveling up Manheim pike with my children in the car and I had my signal on to get in the other lane, he legit speed up, cursed me and drove fast where it was dangerous to get over. I get oil from this company and I swear after today I'll find a new company. Rude, rushing and dangerous

People are great and always very helpful. Prices are good and service is great. Fast, on time delivery. Over the years they have repaired my furnace. Also installed a new one.

In November of 2022 I paid for the Premier Maintenance Oil Plan. A total of $955 for oil and $300 for a cleaning, which I would redeem at a later date. Fast forward to January I call and schedule the cleaning I already paid for. The technician comes to the house, my husband verifies that the cleaning is paid for and confirms there are no additional charges. That same day $300 is charged to our account without our approval or authorization by Schwanger Brothers. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Addison. He was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me that they pre charge all customers because customers often have work done that they can’t afford to have done and this is how they make sure they get paid. Addison hug up on me after raising his voice and refused to help me. The next day after no follow up was made I contacted the company again. Dee explained the company made a mistake and should not have charged or held $300 to my account since the service was already paid for. Three days later, the money was refunded and the correct amount was charged. However, that doesn’t change the fact that a charge was made to my account without authorization and in error. More upsetting was the lack of customer service from Addison and Jon. Dee- I appreciate your customer service skills and willingness to acknowledge the problem but at that point my trust in this business was lost.

Excellent customer service. Prompt. The service technician went far and beyond his duty after I explained my circumstances about a tragedy which occurred Oct 2022. He was so empathetic and compassionate. Cuddos to HAV techs. We need more of this in the world.

In general they are behind the times and only communicate through the mail. There is no way to view you account online and view your standing.
Communication is not their strong point either. As prices were raised I was not aware, and only realized something was wrong because the house went cold.
When I called I was informed I was behind because of the price change that happened 6 months ago! Never got a phone call or anything. I was told something was mailed, but never got it.

Super friendly and easy people to work with. Merle the technician was friendly and did a great job repairing the furnace. Heat works great and the house is warm thanks to the wonderful people at Schwanger!
