From the intake process to receiving our loved ones ashes, Science Care has been professional and offered support every step of the process. My sister passed away at 37 after a long battle with ALS. Her wish was to donate her remains to medical research in hopes of finding a cure one day. Science Care was the best choice for our family and we could not be more grateful for the resources they've provided during this difficult time. Thank you Science Care!

UPS arrived today without warning at my father-in-law's front door requesting a signature in exchange for a box that contained my mother-in-law's remains.
A delivery box. A signature. UPS. No warning.
Made for a terrible day that cannot be undone. Shameful, in my opinion, given a thousand alternative ways to manage that transfer.
I would make alternative arrangements before I sign anything with this company if I could do it over. Which I can't.

I love science care. They are so caring during your time of bereavement. No cost for anything they return your love one back to in time for the memorial service. Once that’s over they continue to reach out just to see how you’re holding up. Life science is great for people who can’t afford the cost. It also helps with research.

Thank you for you for your kind, patient, considerate care in taking care of my late husband. I was impressed that you paid for storing Steve at a local funeral home that originally picked him up since it was on a weekend. You did as you promised about sending back cremated ashes on time and planting of tree in his honor a year later. I would love to visit where the tree was planted done day! Die to my anxiety, PTSD, and cognitive issues, they took time and explained and reexplained several times. You had awesome contact with local funeral home when they first realize that it was all paid for by you. We are 1000% happy with you quality and professional care. Sometimes things aren't written out in black and white, or no funds are available after someone passes. We didn't know what to do after fil passed, so hubby called Science Care. They were compassionate and paperwork was electronic and filled out smoothly. They contacted a funeral home for transport of fil to their facility. Cremains came in a plastic bag in cylinder with certificate a few weeks later. We feel this helped other people. Today we got a card that said a tree was planted in pop's honor out in Colorado. Very nice.
