The woman I spoke with was very friendly, listened to what my wants & needs were for my hair & explained I would need a consultation before they would just book an appointment for coloring. She seemed very knowledgeable & like she was going to take care of my hair. Like it wasn't all about making the money from the coloring. If the job wasn't a good idea, she wouldn't do it. I appreciate that very much.
