We followed him from his last practice and I am so glad we did! My whole family goes to him and we absolutely love him and his new practice! I cannot recommend him highly enough! The staff is so helpful and accommodating and the doctor actually listens when you have health concerns! A wonderful over all practice and I will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a new pcp!

I am very sad to say to say that I have been with Dr. Kurzrock since 2002 has always been a joy but so and today was a very horrible experience for me. The phone staff Shayna especially always carries with a very rude and arrogant demeanor. Her tone was very nasty and she decided to then hang up on me because instead of listening to me, they wanted to tell me what I needed. Very disappointed man I swear but unfortunately when it to her not surprised. I am disgusted by her behavior to even feel comfortable to handle herself that way

Dr. Kurzrok is very approachable. He takes the time to listen to you. He is a such a people person. I'm coming back.

I have been going to Dr. K since 1992 and can't imagine having another family Doc. He has a fantastic bedside manner and I always feel uplifted after a visit. He's attentive when you see him and always prompt when I had questions through the portal. He listens to you when you tell him about your issues; who knows your body better than you? When I heard his name not being mentioned on the recording of his old location, I was beside myself. I've been a patient of Dr. K's ever since he was working at the small office in Southwest when Dr. Silver was still there with Sandy. I was about 15 and I'm 43 now. Dr. K has always been attentive to my care and I can ALWAYS reach him. His caring, empathetic and professional care is lacking in so many providers these days. Dr. Kurzrok is the best. Really miss him and his great bedside manners. He makes you feel heard and not like you’re just a number, next! I went to the Havertown office last week, after calling for a week, because I had to see a doctor immediately for my shoulder. It was a nightmare; phone line not working everyone running around while patients in the waiting area annoyed and confused. Nurse Breslin was attentive, and helped me, less pain and discomfort. Front desk rep was rude and makes zero eye contact, everything you asked she’d did not know. I am so happy Dr K.decided to open his own practice because Penn Meds is all about money and not the patients. Can’t wait for the Broomall office to open. See soon Doc!
