I can’t begin to put into words how much the Scott Powersports service department bent over backwards for me. Especially Brent the service manager. Six months ago I bought a Yamaha at another dealer because it was available and they were just impossible to find. They were upfront with me mentioning there was slight crate damage to the headlight bezel which was no big deal, just a plastic piece that needed to be replaced. Early in June, shortly before my warranty was set to expire I noticed my handlebars were crooked and the other dealer could not get me in before my June 17 deadline. Brent in the service department at Scott’s was more than willing to take a look at it. He closely analyzed it and found out that the crate damage was more than we realized, handlebars were bent, plate bracket attached to the steering set up was also bent causing my alignment to be off. After a couple weeks all of the parts came in and he replaced everything for me under warranty. They didn’t make a dime off of the sale of the vehicle, and as far as warranty work goes, it’s not a dealerships favorite thing to do because they don’t get reimbursed very well for it. Regardless, Brent and the service team bent over backwards for me to make my machine the way it should’ve been from the factory. I will continue to do all of my services with Scott Powersports from here on out. Thank you so much to Brent and the team in service.

Can't say enough about Bret, Joey and the entire team. They had a very specific bike that my husband was searching for over the course of about 5 weeks - a 2022 Kawasaki ZX-10R KRT/ABS edition. When we called to confirm they truly had it, as their site advertised, Bret quickly helped us prepare to come pick it up. Along the way, Joey helped ensure a smooth purchase process and gave us a heads up on some out of state items to make sure we had ready. In the end, we drove 5 hours from MA to PA to pick the bike up and had the paperwork completed and bike loaded on our trailer within 1 hour of arriving. It was truly the smoothest, most professional and FUN experience.all thanks to the team there and their expertise and dedication to fantastic customer service. The team was also VERY pro military veterans, which means more than ever these days with how the world is going. Again, can't say enough about everyone there and the level of experience and service.

They actually had the stock they advertised! Not like other places where you better call to make sure it's there. They have their stock unless it was sold before you got there. None of this showing 20 bikes in stock but they are waiting for them.

Joey was awesome. I had trouble getting my bike carrier put together but he helped me with some hand tools so I could get it put together. That was a huge help when he was really busy.

I told him before I left that I would be coming back next year to maybe buy another bike from him. It was a nice experience with no pressure to buy.

I'll buy a full size bike next time I go back.

Update: I have changed this rating do to my complaint taken seriously and handled quickly. Christian got down to the root of the issue and helped me in a timely manner. While we didn't come to a deal on the quad I was selling they still made a respectable offer. Based off of how Christian handled everything I can honestly say I'll be back.

Was here a couple weeks ago in person looking to possibly sell my quad I purchased from them in 2017 back to them as I don't use it and have barely used it since purchase. Numerous employees looked at me but couldn't be bothered to get up or say hi. Finally walked up to someone at a desk and was told I had to CALL them to set up an appointment! I WAS STANDING ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR! Guy had no interest in taking my name/phone number. Just kept telling me I have to call in and set up an appointment. On the way out my wife showed interested at a side by side. I told her we won't be back based off the extremely poor customer service.

Bret was very helpful and efficient starting with ordering my bike and all the way through obtaining my docs and license plate from out of state (NJ) DMV. Great store stock too!

Bret Wagner at Scott Powersports is an excellent sales contact. Bret found me a unicorn of a bike and proceeded to sell it to me without price gouging. Thank you to the entire team at Scott Powersports for making this a reality. Out of Five dealerships I contacted Bret was the only one to respond. I will buy my next bike here!

These guys are one of the best dealerships that I have been to. Very professional outfit, service was fantastic, tons of gear, massive showroom. Very friendly and they took care of my bike like it was their own. I definitely recommend this place.

Great experience with Scott Powersports. No complaints. Everyone was professional and got me in and out in 30min or so after buying a Yamaha MT3. Would come back if I didn't live so far!

Five stars service, selection, and knowledge. I do wish they had used dirt bikes for sale as well as the new inventory they have.

Brent in service and Brett in sales are great people. Always willing to help. Service prices are reasonable.

I have been using Scott power sports for awhile now to purchase parts for all my older bikes. The customer service I experience is nothing short of stellar.

Most recently I worked with Adam trying to source parts for my KTM 450 and Honda 250 dirtbikes. Adam took the time to source out all of the different options for me to fix both bikes.

We also could not find the clutch springs for my rekluse clutch on the internet. When rekluse opened on Monday he took it upon himself to call them and find out that rekluse would actually send them to me for free.

Don’t buy stuff off of Amazon/eBay ext…. These guys at Scott’s are the best and really care about helping you fix your machines. You can’t find this kind of service anywhere anymore.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
I set up an appointment to have the carburetor rebuilt on my quad. After wasting 2 hours of my life bringing it there, I was quoted about 700$ for the rebuild of the carburetors.
Unless you make 6 figures, don't bother.
I bought the parts for $21.72!

Recently bought a motorcycle with Scott's and every thing was very speedy. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Been ordering parts for my Yamaha scooters. Service is friendly, quick, and the text alerts when parts arrive are nice. I'm old school so I like actually going to a brick and mortar, locally owned shop and supporting locals. When I'm ready to buy a new motorcycle this will be my first stop.
