The staff is very very rude who was answering the phone call if you don’t like your job then why you are there nobody push you to do your job and hospital pay for your job, if do that job you must have to answering the phone call nicely we are worried about our patients that’s why we called you this happed with me second time I want to change my daughters doctor but I like the nature of Dr. Burge but you guys who answering the phone call was very rudely we are worried that’s why we called you

I dont even want to give this place a star at all they dont seem to care about their patients at all we have alreadyndesided the next time we get pregnant we r never coming to this place ever again an I would nvr tell anyone to go here an if thy do I'd tell them to change places asap

Dr Janice Lewis is a great pediatrician I truely appreciate her, the only reason I am still taking my kids there. But the front desk could use some manners. I shouldn’t feel intimated to make a phone call to the office. I get it we all have bad days but apparently this has become a norm.

Eh. The receptionist takes your message about your child to the nurses and says a nurse will call you back. The last 7 or 8 times I called about my son for notes for school or for an appointment and the nurses did NOT call me back. Many times they did not fax the notes over to the highschool and CTC. CTC gives your child a zero for every day absent without a doctors excuse or if the acceptable few days alloted by the communistic school policy.even with a doctors note.has been exceeded. My son went from a 100 to a 70. This could have been avoided if the nurses had responded to me and to the schools. This place used to be top notch and now it's turned into a third world country clinic. It's embarrassing. I went to this place for over 30 years and am so disappointed with the height they have fallen. Poor service.

Front desk needs to learn some manners. They are VERY VERY rude. I called after a week in the hospital and the lady was so rude, but I was transferred to the nurse and she was a sweetheart. Very nice nurse.

I’ve been a patient there for 3 years now.after reading some of the reviews I am appalled.all of the staff are very sweet to me.everyone is always professional. Amy is very competent and always professional. Amy’s nursing staff has shown compassion and has always followed up with any of my needs. I would recommend Amy and her staff to anyone.l

Unfortunately I could not recommend seeing Dr. Galvao. He doesn't seem interested in his job or the well being of his patients. He spent less than 10 minutes in the exam room with a heart failure patient. Nothing was accomplished after 2nd visit so we must move on... Disappointed but not giving up hope for my family's well being.

Although I never rescheduled appts they some how have me scheduled for future appts without discussing with myself before making these. Then if I miss and appointment I HAD NO RECOLLECTIONS of its held against me.
Where they do that at? ! Also u got broken teeth or infected teeth they make u wait months before handling the problem!

Amy Schoonover claims that she is a doctor, well I found out she's just a Nurse Practitioner! What kind of a clinic is this, leting a Nurse Practitioner be in charge of my mother's health and of other people. Then when I cronfronted her about a mistake she did about my mother's health, she became defensive. Now when ever we go she makes the visits short and doesn't do nothing for my mother, Shame on you Amy Schoonover. She seems nice but don't get fool by her acting.

The place is horrible; extremely slow service and the a lot of plastic smiles on almost all the staff. I have been to this place on make occasions and I can’t recommend you here; besides the above, the hospital keeps rescheduling appointment so much!

This review is for the Dental Center only. While I have gotten good service here in the Dental clinic, and everyone is kind, going 1 - 2 months for an appointment even emergencies they cannot handle is ridiculous. I've had waited so long for appointments that I ended up losing a couple teeth. Also my main complaint is that nobody is answering the phone at the dental center any longer. How can I even make an appointment if no one answers the phone. I call several times a day all different hours and not one person has the decency to pick up, take my call and schedule my appointment. By the time I get an appointment it will be 2 months out from when I wanted it! ANSWER THE PHONE IN THE DENTAL CENTER!

I am a patient there. I just wish walk ins were accepted and we didnt hve to wait for a nurse to call us back to see if the doctor can see patients or not. And i also wish tht the doctors stood longer hours or even open on saturdays (for people who work weekdays) atleast for a few hours.

Pure idiots. Low quality. For low income u get nothing. Prescribed me a years worth of lisinopral which makes me dizzy for a little high blood pressure. But for chronic venous stasis they only prescribed lasik to last a 2 months. Then you gotta miss work and pay for another appointment to get more. This place is a joke. Completely ignorant of people like me that truly need medication. This dump needs defunded.

I started going here with my daughter when she was born and I have never had a bad experience here at all. I know that I will never find a place like this again where the staff knows you by name, smiles and makes you feel at home. We have moved to Ga and no longer will be seen here. 16 years is a long time to stick with one facility and I am sad to not be able to ever go back. Phone calls were always returned the same day. I have never had an issue getting an appointment and they always called before my appointment (2 days prior) for a friendly reminder. Since moving, Gabby has a new Dr.and I asked them if they will send me a reminder or call and they said as soon as we are established patients they will. Which God knows when we will be established patients. Thank-you to the entire staff and I will be stopping in to say hello when we come into town.

I hardly had the chance to experience the care here so I cannot comment on the care given but I can say that I had called 4 times in the span of a week. Each time the receptionist told me I would get a call to make an appointment and I still have not gotten a call. I have decided to go to another office who gave me an appointment on call.

Dental Department Experience: Awful.
I had an appointment with William Yeomans, that I missed due to my daughter’s emergency hospitalization, the following week went to make a new appointment with my daughter’s hospital papers to show why I missed my last appt.the Front lady didnt even let me speak or show her anything, she told me “You missed your last appt that was for a Cleaning, now because of this we do not have anything available for you for the next 5 months” Yes, I went there on October and they gave me an appointment, for march, when I tried telling her I have a cavity thats bothering me she told me there is nothing she can do and that they will put me on a Cancelation list, they punish you if you miss one appt.well.right now I’m online searching for a new dentist.

Never will I recommend this place. The main room is a zoo at best. Kids all over parents not caring. The nurse is unwelcoming at the very best. Have to wait for the doctor to come in for a while most times. As someone who will lose their job if they are gone too long, I can not wait for the doctor Than the appointment, and than wait again for god knows how long to do blood work. Very unorganized. I was spoken to snotty by the doctor about not having done the blood work yet. Because of all the waiting here. And than she made the snotty comment of “ we’ll you agreed to so you need to do it. ” And “I’m sure you don’t want to hear about the flu shot either right? ” Excuse me. Unprofessional. I am doing blood work and taking my business elsewhere happily. I asked for my records to be transferred over the phone, nope. Won’t do it. Also won’t send the release form to sign so they can release them to new doctor. Unless of course I want to PAY for them. I either have to come there, and waste more time and gas or go to my new doctor with no records on file to have them send the form.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I've been going to Scranton primary for 7 years and I recently referred new people to Dr. Amy Schoonover cause for years she has been great with me but for whatever reason the day they went to see her she was unethical and RUDE. Made her 16 year old patient cry and called her an "animal". I'm waiting for a call back from HR from Scranton Primary and if I don't get a call back I will show up there. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO AMY SCHOONOVER OR SCRANTON PRIMARY AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AS A PATIENT.

Luckily I am not a patient here. I accompanied my friend who is a patient and we were sitting at the desk getting checked in and the girl was asking usual questions such as insurance, phone number, etc. All of a sudden the girl burst out laughing "HAHAHAH" We both gave her a look. She said, "Oh I'm sorry I'm not laughing at you, I was just laughing at a text I got. " My friend is too nice and didn't say anything but if I was the patient I would have told the girl how UNPROFESSIONAL it is to be on your PHONE while dealing with A PATIENT. She couldn't wait a minute or 2 until we were done? Again, luckily I am not a patient here.
