Scrub Daddy, Pennsauken Township NJ

My friend and I had an amazing experience shopping at the Smile Shop at the Scrub Daddy headquarters. Danielle was working in the store that day. She made great recommendations and also gave us some fun freebies cause we were so excited. We had a blast!

I’m so happy I was able to visit the scrub daddy store! They had a great array of products and seasonal exclusives. The cashier was super friendly and also gave us freebies. I also won a scrub mommy in the claw machine! Thani you!

We only spent about 15 minutes here, but it was so fun! The employees working today (8/25 near closing) were great! Tlin addition to a lot of scrub daddy producys, they have a selfie station, the kids loved it and there is a claw machine that you get a free turn if you spend a certain amount.

Visited the Smile store because I was curious on where the Scrub Daddy originated. The lady Danielle was wonderful and had an amazing personality. She made the experience amazing. It was our first time but it won’t be our last!

My nephew was curious to see all the different items available and it was a good excuse for me to get some new Scrub Daddy sponges so we stopped in the retail location. I wish I had gotten the names of the women at the front desk and then the gentleman who came to assist with a register issue so I could shout them all out.

Exceptional customer service is an understatement. I would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you for being AWESOME!

I stopped in the Scrub Daddy store the other day at their HQ location in Pennsauken, NJ and I was once again blown away by this place. The girl that helped me out, Danielle was amazing! This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and 2nd time I’ve had a memorable experience because of the kindness of the staff. I tell everyone about Scrub Daddy because of these workers like Danielle that are absolutely incredible. Thank you Danielle and Scrub Daddy and if you haven’t been to their HQ Store in Pennsauken yet, I highly recommend it!

I see why Danielle has so many 5 star reviews. She made our first time at Scrub Daddy store AMAZING. We had such a fun time. I got all my scrub daddy goodies:) will definitely be returning.

Have been to the store twice. It is the best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Love scrub daddy!

You have to go to the bathroom before arriving, there is nothing but a latrine and in my experience it is very dirty.
Very good treatment, there is a Cuban friend who helps you with Spanish.
You have to go through the axes to the front, the discharge is to the bottom, you bump into it and you turn to the right. It is very reduced with the axes halfway, it cannot be turned right there where you download. Once downloaded, you turn around to go out where you entered in the same small space.

My daughter and I visit the store today for the 1st time. The two girls that helped me out today were soooo friendly, professional and knowledgeable; I believe one was named Kandeeda (sorry if misspelled). A friend of mine recommended I get my daughter the Scrub Babies because she's shown interested in learning how to wash the dishes. Although I specifically came in for this one item I ended up getting a bunch of different items because these young ladies were so knowledgeable! I felt like they truly believe in the brand and their product's effectiveness and efficiency. They even gifted my daughter a cutie bag and scrub mommy t-shirt.

Danielle is the best. I went to the scrub Daddy store for the first time and it was great. Danielle was amazing to my little ones. Thank you again Danielle.

The unloading ramp is on the other side of the building, you enter through the main access and where you come to the right, it is very crowded if you have 53 ft, run the tandem all the way forward or do not turn, space is also reduced on the ramps, there is You have to go out where you came in, they only unload one by one since they cannot maneuver, unload in 1 hour or less, good treatment in the receiving and shipping office

What a fun visit! The factory isn’t open to the public but they have a really cute store you can check out that’s open to the public!

Danielle was AMAZING & super welcoming as we entered the store. They have allllll the products including exclusives here for purchase. We got a couple of goodies and Danielle gave us a bunch of samples! She made us such happy new shoppers here!

We made the comment about hearing they had Halloween exclusive sponges (and that being April we clearly missed out on them) & she made a call to the factory & someone found some & brought them up to us! Seriously, so kind!

They have a claw machine that you can use to win a scrub daddy - which was super fun!
