Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning, Pittsburgh PA

This is our "go to" company for carpet cleaning - they always do a great job and our old carpets look fabulous when they are done! Our carpets are old but look brand new after they are cleaned, all stains and spots removed.

Sears ductwork cleaning service was superior. Don came at the time specified, was professional, thorough, and very personable. He went right to work, explained the process, and cleaned up before leaving. He even did a quick repair on some old insulation in the garage—above and beyond his scope of work. I have used these people three times they are very professional and on time, respectful of your home and it's surroundings.will use them as along as they are available? Which I hope is a long long time. Because of them. I use them about every three years which means my carpets are cleaner and will last longer.

I have had my carpet cleaned several times, however.it never seemed to satisfy me. When the technician got through with my carpet from Sears my carpet almost looked brand new. It was super clean and smelled fresh. I decided that I would get my carpet cleaned quarterly just so I can retain that new look. If you have carpet that you feel needs replaced due to stains and dirt don't replace until you have had Sears come and clean it. Trust me you will be glad you did.

Arrived on time, professional and worked quickly. Did a good job and was a good value for the price. Have used them before and will use them again. Much better than their competitors.

I had an appointment for tomorrow, Thursday, 4/28/22, to get my carpets cleaned. I received an email and was told on telephone by the woman that I would receive a call the day before to give me a 2 to 3 hour window of when they would arrive. On Wednesday, today, I never received a call, so I called and the woman who answered said they have not made the schedule yet for tomorrow.and she or someone would get back to me when they make the schedule. I never received a call or email back, so I called at 4: 55 and was sent to voicemail. I left message to please call me by 5: 15 on the window they would be coming. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS LIKE WE HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO WHEN AN APPOINTMENT IS MADE.

Because I am not as irresponsible and uncaring as them, I called back and left a voicemail which stated-Do not call me to back to reschedule and do not show up! I have made other arrangements with a more responsible and professional company!

This was my first time using Sears for my air duct and dryer duct cleaning. Communication was on point from start to finish. Don explained everything in detail what he was doing and any findings he came across.

Whether it is for my personal home or my residential and commercial properties, they always provide an excellent job at an affordable price. Further, they are extremely respectful to not only moving my homes furniture, but also my residents as well.

These guys are great. I've used them in south hills and again at my penn hills home. They show up, clean your rooms, nicely move furniture and prop it up on thick styrofoam, then go absolutely perfectly from edge to edge, room to room. So cheap also, $100-150.
Definitely hiring them again in 7-9 months to keep carpets regularly cleaned well!

Vent and duct cleaning. Very professional, helpful young men. They did a good job. I took the vent covers off before they came to save time.
