Jesse from Pronto arrived early, did the task with toilet tank expertly. Cleaned up after job, which I appreciate. All with a smile and good cheer. I would highly recommend Jesse at Pronto Plumbing.

Steve and Stan were the most knowledgeable and helpful technicians we've had deal with our Combo Heating Unit, Steve had to come out 2 separate times to handle the manufacture Tech support call, when ever I needed pictures they were right on top of sending me everything Excellent service and knowledgeable in their field we are extremely happy with their service

We've used SECCO for twenty years or more for both electrical and plumbing. Always a great job. Reasonable prices, courteous and prompt service. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service of Secco and especially Steve and Brock. Following an early morning phone call, staff was dispatched to my home very quickly and thanks to the staffs expert knowledge, they were able to identify my issue and make a number of recommendations to fix the problem. The best resolution was unfortunately a new water heater. But they managed to have one delivered and installed that day, within just a few hours. Steve and Brock were very friendly and personable, and even sent a follow up message the next day on their personal time.

This company have really low values on how to treat and fix issues.
3 different guys came to my house at the end it was a mess what they did.
First guy came, just left my heating system as emergency heating and told me everything was fine and charge me around $200.
Called because of this guy service and they sent second guy, this guy came around 3 times, change the engine because it was burned and still the system failed.
Third guy came, took a piece of my heating system left it there, he said he will order it and never came again, of course I was charged.
3 guys came to my house multiple times, of course this is frustrating, plus they don't have emergency service for the things they do.
I recently got another company to fix my heating system and they came to tell me:
This guys connected all backwards, the piece they told he will be ordering, it didn't need to be reordered, they even ask me what company did all this?:)

Scheduled maintenance on our gas furnace. Secco did a complete replacement of our HVAC system 8 years ago and we have them come in twice a year for system checks. The techs that we've dealt with have always been thorough with their work and take the time to explain any issues or concerns you might have.

Charged me almost $100.00 for nothing. I get it, my furnace is old, but a "professional" could have had problem fixed in less than an hour. So, after a little you tube searches, fixed it myself. So, thanks for.we'll. NOTHING SECCO!
Never again.

Secco home services did amazing work. The technicians Steve and Tom were professional and knowledgeable, but what I was most impressed with was communication. Secco let's you know who and when someone is coming and then they let you know an estimate same day. Great service. Thanks Secco.

Another job just finished - a bit smaller in scope this time - but the same exceptional service and workmanship - we are so pleased with all of the SECCO affiliates - all of your staff listen to our thoughts and turn them into useful and well done additions to our home - I'm certain that there will be more work for you to make our home more of OUR home -

Our family and guests love your work, too - they can't believe the plate rails that were installed on the last visit - really make a difference in the dining area -

This trip we added a matching screen door on our rear French doors - same as the one you installed on our front door (that replaced an older unusable one) to keep a uniform appearance - the "hidden screen" is wonderful - no more storing and struggling to install it in the spring -

The added shelving in the kitchen closet makes for a much more useable area for storing mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners as well as package goods - even a custom area to store pellet stove fuel in a wheeled bin -

We have referred you to our Home Owners Association for repairs to the Community Building - hope you get the contract!

Bought a house in 2019 in December Secco installed air conditioning in July of 2019. We were the first ones really to use the system much. Found out there was a cracked Tray leaking into my dining room ceiling. Called as it was under warranty. Sent a team out supposedly fixed. Started leaking again. Sent other people out who were supposed to have replaced the original broken tray, evidently they didn't. This team put blue epoxy on the old tray to cover the leak until they could Order the new tray, it came in cracked. Sent another team back to install the replacement. And found it was not installed properly, wrong slope, they reversed the slope, they closed the secondary drain, and this summer it started leaking again. Only to find the supposed new tray was never installed the old broken tray with the epoxy on it was still there. This year they took the old broken tray out and hopefully put in a new tray, raised it again corrected a couple of things and I am crossing my fingers that my brand new air conditioning system actually works without issue now. It has been a struggle but I will say Secco stood behind their product and have tried to make it right. For that I'm appreciative. Needless to say they will not be my go to HVAC company
