4We moved to Texas in 2017. The meats from Sechrist I grew up on for approximately 60 years. I miss their hot dogs, butcher bologna and sausage. Their skinless and smoked skinless hot dogs are the best in the US. Grandkids keep saying I don’t want a hot dog unless it comes from Sechrist So maybe another 3,600 mile trip this summer to cart back coolers filled with the above. My aunt and uncle had a farm in Dallastown when I was young, but we always stocked up on the hot dogs and butcher bologna. Guess I’ll have to call ahead and order when I know I’m coming!
I fell in love with the hot dogs and the sausage first. Then the burgers got me. I by them frozen. They are small stakes. Two burgers on the plate and a side, you have a meal. If you are not sure what cut of meat you need, stop in an ask for George. He is the master of meats.

Decided to try a local butcher for meat and WOW we were not disappointed whatsoever. Grilled up 2 Chuck filets steaks and they were amazing. So much flavor and tender beyond belief! We will be back often!
