We appreciated how candid Larry was and his approach to our insect challenges. We like how he took ownership of his route and gave us his personal phone number in case we have any issues. We look forward to continuing to work with him and Seitz Brothers.

I am thoroughly pleased with the service I receive from the team at Seitz Brothers. From the friendly office staff to the technicians. My technician Joseph Mellott is amazing. He took the time to address my concerns even though it was after hours. He was very patient and took the time to explain my service to me. I knew that after meeting with him that I would no longer need to worry about unwanted pests at my house.

The service Seitz provided eliminated the seasonal pests. It provided a better solution that lasted a reasonable time frame, where as the service provider by the former company did not last for the duration of the seasonal pest.

We were having severe issues with ants in kitchen and they were on the move to other parts of house. Roger was able to make appt in short time and got rid of our problem the first time! Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and was very thorough.it's so nice to not see these teeny pests in my kitchen!

Bees (carpenter) were building a nest in my siding. Seitz took care of it right away. Dave, the tech, gave me all the info I needed & did a great job.

Sites brothers have been very accommodating because I've needed to make changes on the dates that they come to the house but their technicians are very curious do their job I think they're great I've even had trouble with making sure my payments were on time and they worked with me

Where I live my landlord has your people coming in every 6 months. One of your guys were here and I asked him if the stuff he was spraying would hurt my bird or dog. His response was not that I know.
Not ever did he asked me if I was having problems with insects. He was very clumsy and knocked stuff off my shelves. Very rude.

Signed up for the 4 times a year program. Seitz showed up an extra time without notifying me and I had to pay for it even though it was winter and was not needed.

The company I work for just moved to the area. We cannot be happier with Seitz bros. David dimmick goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Very professional and thorough of what needs to be done. Answer queries and response with immediate attention to the problem.

PLEASE stop leaving after 5pm auto calls telling the customer that the technician will be there the next day. Can’t your company give more than a night before notice?

I haven't had a single issue with mice or ants/bugs since the first week Seitz Brothers started coming to my home years ago. They come once a month like clock work stay just a short time then leave. As a result no issues at all! I also want to say the monthly cost is definitely a fair price. These days with costs going up so much every where Seitz has stayed very close to the same that is a huge plus to me. One last thing every one I've ever spoken to whether its the person at my house or the helpful women in the office they are all extremely nice.

The staff is always on time, they do a great job, they’re friendly, and the one time I needed a treatment between scheduled treatments they came out right away.

We really love our bug guy and albeit the issue we're having with bugs comes from an infestation next door to rental and other neighbors are experiencing it we've been able to recommend them to the other neighbors and we've been able to create a shield like nobody's business we highly recommend

We had a Yellow Jacket infestation that penetrated inside the kitchen ceiling. Nevertheless the first thing we did was call Seitz Brothers. The technologists were polite and friendly. They came to do their job. After the problem was eliminated I now know, I will not call any one else but Seitz Brothers.
