Well. I've been attempting to get in touch with the salesmen who sold me my vehicle for a month now, with zero return in my messages. I'll keep it brief, as they have wasted enough of my time by this point. I purchased an SUV about a month ago and had it shipped a few states away. I didn't try to haggle, I paid them the sticker price with zero negotiation. No issue there.

However, I was overcharged by a couple hundred dollars on the shipping price. No big deal, thought I could call and get them to send me a check for the difference in what they charged me vs.what the actual shipping cost was.crickets, no response, nothing. I've spoken with multiple people at Selden who have assured me they would be back in touch.it's been a month, I've called four or five times. As I said, the car was fine, but I can't help but feel that the salesman pocketed the extra couple hundred bucks, and tried to wash it through the shipping price on my bill of sale, which which didn't accord with the shipping invoice I was given upon delivery of the vehicle. I have both the Bill of Sale provided by Selden, as well as the shipping invoice I was given upon delivery. I've offered to send them this information via email, but no email would be provided.

Ensure you pay close attention to your paperwork when dealing with this typical car dealership.

No such thing as negotiation at this dealership. Arrived, eager, and ready to buy a car. Did not seem to value me as a customer or even try to negotiate the price. If I wanted to buy a car from Carmax, I would have just went there.
