Select Physical Therapy - Fredricksen Center, Mechanicsburg PA

I've gone to Select Physical Therapy several times over the past few years and I have nothing but the best things to say about each experience. I've worked with Kevin, who is thorough, friendly, kind and good at his job. He focuses on my goal of getting back to sport and treats me like a high level athlete (which I am) while still taking into account the fact that I am an aging athlete (which, unfortunately, I also am), with the special attention that might require.

Had a very nice and informative initial consultation with Kendra Milbrand. I know what to expect as my treatment continues. I was very impressed.

I am very happy with the care and therapy I am receiving. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I have had to have physical therapy two times prior in my life but never went to Select therapy before and this is where I will now Go in the future if I require further services The staff is great. Are very compassionate and they really listen to each individual's needs. On occasion you have to be shifted between therapists but there's obviously very good communication between them because they always seem to know what my needs are and I don't have to answer the same questions over and over again. I would highly recommend the entire team. Shout out also to their receptionist Alice who greets each person with a smile every day.

Kendra was amazing with my mom. She was very patient, listened well and explained all of our options.

Makes the workout fun

I had a swollen breast after a partial mastectomy and 2 lymph nodes removed. The remaining lymph nose were not draining, causing redness and swelling. The Select PT group were very understanding and helpful. The showed me exercises to do at home. They made sure I understood everything and why the exercises were working. I was very comfortable in each
of my sessions. Staff was great.

Linda is absolutely amazing! I fractured my finger and it was supposed to be a 6-8 week recovery but with her it’s been only 4-5 weeks! She is truly heaven sent, and I am grateful to have met someone like her. No joke. This place I would give 10 stars. And to “Nick Lachey” thanks for being awesome! Take care of Jess.

Personable, friendly, kind, caring and professional. Nothing but the best. Anytime i need some type of physical therapy, i go here.

Kendra is absolutely the best PT that I have ever met. She is so pleasant, uplifting and intelligent. She spends time with you and really cares. She makes you feel like a real person.

Kevin Johnson and staff have been friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He is constantly adjusting my plan of care with my physical needs and responses.

Kevin is a great therapist and I feel myself getting stronger with him. He seems to know what he's doing.

Linda has really helped to get the swelling down in my fingers since I broke my wrist. The pain in the joints is much better and can see a great improvement.

Although Linda at Select at the Frederick Center in Mechanicsburg is a lovely person she is not a CERTIFIED hand therapist. I had 5 sessions before my doctor and I realized she was not able to follow the scripted instructions he had prescribed after my surgery. It set me back five weeks with my recovery.
