19Worst experience ever. They just want your money not your safety. The alarm system stopped working and they did not even noticed - great surveillance skills. Spend hours on the phone with them trying to solve the problem. They keep making mistakes, sending wrong parts for repair. Failed to send a technician to repair. I would definitively not recommend.
Reid was very nice and profesional. He listed all options and pricing for my system and did not force upscale.
James Harrison was here on schedule, extremely courteous and very professional. He was also very helpful and was able to resolve a password issue I required some help with.

The guys were amazing and very nice but the sale guy did not let me know if your renting u have to get approved by your landlord because they have to drill a couple of holes they have to send a text
I literally just had my new system installed this morning. The tech was very knowledgeable & nice. He even waited patiently for me to get up from my drunkin state from the previous evening (Happy New Everyone). I am truly enjoying the upgrades. I haven't received my 1st bill yet but I'll be comparing that with my service.so who knows. I might be upgrading my review to 5 stars.
Our experience with Select Security was outstanding from the people we spoke to on the phone to Will who did our instillation. Will was very professional. I appreciated his knowledge. He was patient and took the time to educate me on the instillation process all the equipment. Thank you so much Will! You guys rock!
Darryl was amazing! He actually had to come to my home twice to make sure our equipment was working properly and each time he was such a pleasure! Hopefully if I ever need our equipment looked at again they’ll send Darryl such a kind man!
Very pleased with the professional service that Robert provided. He performed our security assessment as expected, installed our new doorbell camera and patiently showed us how to use the Select Security smartphone app to access images.
Date of service: 12/3/2018. Robert arrived on time, listened to my explanation of the issues, diagnosed the problem, provided details of the solution he would be implementing and we verified final correct operation together. Awesome job! Robert came out and fixed our issue on Christmas eve and uncovered a handful of things we wouldn't even have noticed and fixed those too! Thanks so much for getting our security system up and running!
The process with the remote app was a challenge and took numerous upgrades and several trips to get it working. The good news is they stuck with it until it was fixed. The people were super friendly and dedicated to making it right
The gentleman that installed the equipment in my home was very professional excellent and friendly you could not have asked for a better person to come to your home! He was also very knowledgeable! The gentleman's name was Mark Edwards and he has great customer service something that is very lacking in this day and age he was a pleasure to have! Please thank him for me!
The technician who upgraded our alarm system was great.on time, polite, efficient. My only complaint is that the pad couldn't be installed in the wall that i wanted (because it was an exterior wall next to the front door.
Great company to work with. Upgraded our old system to the newest technology. The installation technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They had everything set up in no time and were thorough and patient in explaining how to use the panel, app and key fob.
Fantastic Customer Service. Robert, the tech, arrived on time and explained what he did to repair my door sensors. He updated my wall unit and showed me other features on the panel.
