This happened this past summer. I purchased 2 used tires. When I gothome, after leaving the vehicle sit for a few hours, I came out to a flat tire. I called senda. They told me to bring it back. I paid someone to remove the tire so I could return it I did, came home, ad the tire put back on. Later, went out for dinner as I'm pulling in a parking space at the restaurant my tire is once again flat. Had to have road side assistance and my vehicle towed back to my house to repeat the process. The roadside tech said the tires wasn't seeded on the rim. I took the tire back for the second time when they guarantee that it won't go flat. Not once did anyone offer to compensate me for my time, effort and the loss I suffered having the vehicle towed. I spoke to someone every time it happened and was told just to bring it back. I had been using senda faithfully for the last few years. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I currently have a friend looking for tires but I'm afraid to recommend senda anymore.

Needed a new tire on my car. I was a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. They replaced my tire in under 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Great place. I will go again in the future.
