Senior Safe PA - Stairlifts

George's company is the best solution for any work needed to make your house a safe and better place. He and his son installed a stair lift in my home this week and I could not have been more satisfied with their work.

George was extremely efficient and attentive to my parents' needs when installing their stairlift. Once we decided to go with Senior Safe, he installed the stair lift 2 days later. Great service and good product!

I requested non-urgent help on a Sunday morning via email stating it could wait until the typical work week. George responded almost immediately via phone to confirm the issue I was encountering, stating he would contact me again when he got home to talk thru some suggestions. I was trying to avoid a service call even though the product is still under warranty. George had a good idea of the problem, sent me a pic of what to do, and the problem was solved.

I usually don’t give five star reviews because most products and services have some room for improvement. Not this time. If could give ten stars I would.
Here’s our experience with Senior Safe PA-Stairlifts, and George who is the heart and soul of the company. I called SSPS on Monday morning and spoke to George who came out that evening to access our situation for a possible stair lift. We wanted a lift for my newly disabled husband to get him up and down twelve very steep steps to the main level of our house. George was friendly, very knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease that he knew what he was doing. He took several measurements explained the installation procedure and gave us a reasonable price for what all was involved. George came out and installed my husband’s stairlift THE VERY NEXT MORNING! And he did it in time for my husband to use the lift before he had to leave for his physical therapy appointment at 11: 00am! Husband was very nervous about the safety of “such a contraption”. George rode it first to show how safe and sturdy the lift was. Such service and level of excellence is just unheard of these days. George and Senior Safe PA Stairlifts is the only place that you should call if you need any of the services that they provide. I should also mention that the stairlift is working great, hubs loves it. It has helped both of us relax about his safety when going from one level of the house to the next. Best money that we have spent in a long time. If you are thinking about a stairlift, they are great and so is Senior Safe PA.
