18Went in to grab my cologne, line was crazy long but the cashiers got everyone in and out FAST.
I was very excited to take my daughter to this store but I was very shocked from the managers behavior in front of me after we did share with her a coupon. A coupon we received from corporate, she was very rude and unprofessional with the way she dealt with it. This is definitely not up to Sephora’s standards and I recommend going to the cherry hill location. We also spent 200 dollars and did not receive a single point. This is very unprofessional.
I am always weary if I want to go this location to browse and shop because sometimes when I come in no one speaks to me but then I hear them speak to other guests. I was also browsing some items near the register and someone asked me if I was okay and as soon as I said yes and moved to a different area of the store.she goes to where I was and looks as if she is looking to see if anything is missing. I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief and like I am unwelcomed where I spend my money. Fortunately some other employees came out of the back and approached me better but i was very turned off from the initial experience.
Laura at the Willow Grove store made it 5 stars. So professional, helpful, and friendly.

Best Sephora! Great stock, and great employees overall, very helpful. One worker I would like to point out is Laura! She helped me find a new foundation that not only was a perfect skin tone match but she found a foundation for my skin type!

Bought liquid blush from this store yesterday. When I asked a worker for help in finding a blush color that wasn’t out on the floor, they said that whatever was out is all they had. So I checked on the app and it said in stock and asked another worker. The second worker was a sweet person who immediately told me that they would check the back for it, and turns out that they did have that blush! About 6-7 from what I saw. Overall I feel the experience from the first worker turned me off from this store.
I purchased a Milk Makeup cream bronzing stick a couple months ago, and within a week of having it the turning apparatus broke and I can’t get any more out of it. I didn’t have my receipt still so I attempted to contact Milks customer service directly and they haven’t responded (this is a month ago). So I decided to go through Sephora and they now won’t help me either since it is a few days past the return period. All I want is a replacement because the product still has a ton of makeup left that I can’t get to because it won’t turn up. Poor customer service from both Milk and Sephora and I will have to take my business elsewhere.
Update: Even though Sephora still wouldn’t help (see below) Milk did finally reach out after a month of trying to contact and is sending a replacement. As I explained, I was trying to get in touch with Milk which is why there was a delay in me contacting Sephora. Thank you Milk, for putting the customer first.
Every one on their staff was courteous and professional and goes above board to help someone out to the best of their ability!
I used to go to the store and get the best service. However the last three times I went in the workers were very rude.

Gone are the days when u could proudly get a Sephora gift card for a friend or family. They would give the card with a mirror and a cute jacket. Now they just throw the gift card at you and expect you to figure it out. The sales lady literally just shrugged at me even after I told her how “disappointing” this was. Are we cutting costs Sephora?
The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and ready to help me find out try out anything I desired. She knew the store really well and helped me choose products that complimented each other. I will definitely go back to this location again.
Most of them are kind some are a little rude. Was a little too warm in there. But great selection a lot of the brands are in there
This location is smaller, it did not have all the perfumes I wanted to test. But the staff is extremely friendly, they helped with all my cosmetic questions.
Stopped in for the first time having received a gift card for my birthday. They have a wide selection and great service.
Didn't feel the love like I used to going in here. Not because of Covid precautions, just that the help was not excellent. I can peruse stores easily, but when I need help, give it to me. Don't walk away after pointing something out.
The people have a good service but if i’m being the workers there are honestly really rude and when i asked questions they made it seem like i should know everything about makeup.
