SEPHORA, Ardmore PA

I was looking for some makeup to give away as gifts and I noticed that even though it's in the middle of December a lot of their seasonal stuff is gone. They're female perfumes are out already. But I did notice that they have a really good male scents like Armani code that smells like aftershave which I love. Rest of the male colognes were really feminine-esque and I didn't really like it. And the bottles were sometimes opened. But the makeup's also were sometimes limited and I wish I had more inventory like other locations.

Man here…so I actually enjoy this place. They have a really good selection of colognes that I wear and also a good selection of skincare products that I use in my routine. The sales associates are nice and can offer up some really good alternatives to products that you use or stuff you might want to consider.

I'm gonna say this, my initial review was a lot different and had less stars. I didn't have a first great experience at this location (I'll leave this there), but Marlene took care of me and addressed my concerns. I'd try them out again because of that.

I went around 1: 00 it was at a constant move of customers but they didn't have any bday kits in gotta go back next month but I live their make up shades or colots

Girl at the register was not very approachable. Kind of rude? Just walking in the staff did not make you really feel welcome. I felt like I didn't belong there to be honest.

Went to Sephora a few weeks ago Saturday, with my mom and sister, the lady that was working I think her name is Natasha (Nae Nae) omg she was soooo helpful with everything and patient. She assisted us with getting our correct shades of makeup and gave great suggestions of what to get. She made us so comfortable and she was so sweet. Can’t wait to revisit

Sephora is one of the few stores that I go into and still feel like a valued customer. The rewards system gets you nice things, the employees are super helpful and kind, and the store is overall orderly. This location is really nice and providing a great buying experience!

I only visit this location in a pinch because it's so close to where I live.
Where do I begin? From the floor staff that follows you around the store like you're stealing but won't ask" Can I help you? ". To the cashier who acts like you're bothering her by bringing your items to the counter.
It literally pains me to spend money at this location and should be avoided at all costs.

First time in this Sephora and everyone was busy helping customers when I walked in. I was in there for a good 5 minutes before anyone asked if I could be helped or got a greeting. I do like it and had a good selection along with a good stock. The woman that I did come encounter with, seemed friendly, tho.

At check out the cashier was rude. If you don’t like your job quit! When I purchase something I believe the store keeper, employee, or whoever takes your $ should say thank you, at the very least. Armore is a very nice area, train your employees. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Beautiful little shop! I came right in and know what I wanted to buy. Easy to find product.

The staff was so unbelievably rude and not helpful at all. I couldn’t even find someone on the floor to help me and the woman at the register was snippy and gave me attitude for no reason. Yikes

Just had the best experience in the Ardmore location, loved the staff there Sunday Sept 12. Nicole was so knowledgeable helped me and others at the same time and still made me feel accommodated. I went in for one thing left with 3.

Great Location. I frequently visit this location to shop for my skincare, makeup & perfume products. They are usually stocked with whatever product I'm searching for and the associates are always helpful.

I got off from work took the train all the way up here. At 5.55. I got here they refused to let me in because they said their registers were down and they were already closed. At 6.00 is when you close. So why would your registers be closed before then? They were really here's about it. If you close at 6.00 then 6.00 is when the registers are down not before. They were real heros about it. Horrible. Do not come to this location. They got alot of Jerks who work here.
