Good service, friendliness and courtesy.the only thing I found a little complicated is that no one there, or at least those who served me, speak Spanish. Which would be a little difficult for someone who doesn't speak English.

Didn't buy anything because I don't wear this stuff, I was just there because the wife wanted to shop there. There's lots of everything you would look for.

SO MANY choices of anything you are looking for plus more! My fav is the birthday gifts and the awesome points system to be able to get free things just for shopping for things you need.

Going to the mall/Sephora has unintentionally become part of my Sunday schedule and Ceanna, Chance, and Jess are just the most wonderful people. So helpful, so sweet, and just fantastic employees that make the customer experience so fun and welcoming!

Sales tax is suppose to be 0.06% I got charge 11.5% I called them and they hung up on me multiple times

They have things I need/want, but the experience has definitely changed. No offers of or including samples w/ your purchase. If I order on website, I can usually get multiple samples AND rewards, but not in-store.

Quite a few employees roaming around, but I am usually ignored unless I specifically try to flag someone down to help. If I go in store, I need someone more really and/or I want human help, so this has definitely gone downhill. Most recent visit, a lovely girl did actually assist, but the manager she questioned for further help seemed less-than-congenial or, well, helpful.

Ultimately, usually more sensible and worth my time, money, and energy to just order online rather than in-store. I miss the old Sephora that was customer service-oriented.
