16Was waiting at 19th and JFK Boulevard for the 33 bus today at 3: 05pm and I waved and the driver saw me and drove right past me, how ignorant, and this is a designated bus stop, the 31,124, and 38 all stopped here, why didn't the 33 stop, what a terrible bus driver to do that.
Terrible service, I was waiting for the 22 bus in Willow Grove yesterday morning at about 910am heading to Warrington, and I waved at the bus driver and they looked at me then drove right past, that's not right, highly unprofessional. I had to spend money on an Uber to get to work on time because of this bad bus driver, I was waiting at a bus stop and waved so why didn't they stop, the bus was not full.
I appreciate the tellers when the machines aren't working. The Customer Service representative went out of the way to answer all of my questions.
I'm 74 and I would give it 5 zeros if I could waited 20 minutes only find out I need a appointment to get my new pass, no one told us how to make an appointment
I don't know what happens with the subway service but these last few months it has deteriorated significantly. The trip that used to take 20 minutes now takes 50 minutes, every day I have to wait 15 or 25 minutes for a subway and when I do on board they make the journey so slow.the express does not coincide with transfers, the express is almost not available, It is incredible how the service has deteriorated compared to previous years
239 am bus driver ran 3 lights and didn’t even pick me up at my stop 33 bus going’s toward center city Saturday July 22 2023 bad enough I walked from 22nd venango you late and dont even stop to pick me up on (22nd York st)
Great customer service on 6/22/23 am. I was pleased as to how they pay special attention to seniors, and those with special needs.
Friendly but you need an appointment scheduled on line to get a new senior card

The old black lady in front of the trolleys act like she has an attitude I personally think someone should revaluate her position.
The service was fast and the agent, in room 3, who processed my card was amazing; she was pleasant, accommodating and extremely professional; and I told her so too. Also, the gentleman at the receptionist desk was great too, although the 2 young ladies working with him were not very professional. They ignored me while they were continuously talking to each other about their personal issues; so much so, the gentleman offered his assistance again and put forth the effort to make sure I was taken care of directing me to the waiting area. When an agent became available; he escorted me to room 3 were the agent was pleasant and professional. I usually dont respond to these surveys, but I had to do so because we hired people and expect their best. When they don't; we accept it. And the ones that do their very best; they dont get accolades or acknowledged. I want to take the time to share. I just sorry I didnt get their names.
Really great to get service in this location where you can get a look at some Philly transportation history and get excellent service by septa staff.
I feel so much secure coming here to reload my key card. I don't like going underground anymore with me climbing up and down stairs. More so my safety. I wish they more kiosk up on street level.
I was pleasantly surprised when I needed to update my senior Septa Pass for which I am eternally grateful. It was my erroneous expectation that one would need to wait, at least one day in order to be serviced. Much to my delight, the service was great and all ladies involved made my visit and day, a winner. Keep up the good work ladies and continue to flash your bright toothy grins with delightful services!
The people working here were extremely helpful! Very patient polite and understanding. They were extremely helpful in getting my friend all set up with his reduced fare card. He is elderly and has some issues that he is trying to deal with. Thank you for your patience and your assistance in this matter!
Didn't enjoy the service. The entire staff including the supervisor lacked people skills. My card expired went to get a new one, they told me I need to bring my Medicare card. I traveled very far to get a new card. The website is insufficient, it doesn't tell you what to bring to your visit. Seniors or disabled people need instructions. Bring your Medicare card on your visited should be stated on website. Not a kind voi e in the house. And a young lady was talking about the Bible, but exegesis the scripture wrong.
