Septix, Easton PA

Just wanted to give a review for a local business. Matt (owner) at Septix was great the two times we used him, one in emergency. He just pumped our septic this morning. Matt is very friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about what he is doing. We were pleasantly suprised on the price we paid today thinking it was going to be a lot more then it was. I highly recommend Septix for any needs for your septic tank, couldn't be happier with him and his services. Thank you.

I was having trouble with my septic alarm and called Matt to take a look. He called back within minutes and stopped by later in the day. He replaced the alarm but then found out that there was a short somewhere in the system. He was running out of daylight and said he would check his schedule and come back. He called back again and we scheduled a time for him to come and check the system in greater detail to find the issue. He, and Mike, came back, found the issue quickly (no digging needed!) and was on his way. I appreciate his work ethic and honesty. I highly recommend him.

Pressure-Dosing septic system pump alarm went off Wednesday morning, 4/19. Searched on-line for someone and decided to call Matt around 11 and left message which was returned almost as soon as I hung up. He came out that very afternoon, pumped out the holding tank, and tried to see if faulty wiring was the cause but it turned out to be a failed pump. He came out the next morning with a new pump, installed it, connected it, tested it and was done just after 11. For the work he did and the time he took, his fee was extremely reasonable. He is a great worker and explained everything as he worked on the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

SCAM! Hired for a job, said it was completed. 1 year later upon home inspection it has been determined that nothing was done! Be careful!

Was in a bind on a Sunday with clogged sewer line and full tank. Matt absolutely came to the rescue on that Sunday and solved it. Highly recommend Matt n Septix for his services.

We discovered a leak in our basement at 8: 30pm after some initial inspection we realized it was coming from our septic. We called septix and Matt was at our house by 9: 30. He came and checked out septic, determined it didn’t need to be pumped but we had a root growing into the line and it was clogging the system (we knew there were roots in the tank but not to that extent and are already in the process of getting a new tank). He fixed it and showed us what to look for and what to do in the future. He was super kind and informative. Seemed like an all-around good guy. Will 100% recommend septix and use them for any more of our septic needs in the future!
