Serenity Spa is a wonderful addition to Chestnut Hill. The cozy space and personalized attention made for an enjoyable spa day. My aesthetician Camille was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I left refreshed and my skin was glowing for days and days. I’ll definitely be returning very soon.

I went to Serenity for the first time in September. I was nervous to go because I was insecure about my neck hair, but that same nervous left when I met the staff! The women that work there are very lovely. They treated me with respect and showed extreme kindness. As for the treatment, I went through 3 laser hair removal sessions. It was my first experience with a laser ever, and to me, it seemed scary. Dr. Charles, however, made me feel comfortable and made sure that everything went smoothly! Everything went so well that I even bought some of their facial products. I definitely want to return!

This was my second time going to Serenity Aesthetics and it was amazing as ever! From easy online booking to kind reminders by the staff to being treated as a valued customer Serenity continues to excel at customer care. This time I was taken care of by Thaelys and she was Ahhhh-mazing! She walked me through what would take place during the session. She reviewed my current skin care routine and advised me where I need to be more consistent and where I can take more time between treatments. She advised me on how I can improve certain aspect and even warned me of some overpriced products that were not worth it. All in All she did everything and more. Cannot wait to book another session with Serenity!

I went to her soooo stressed out I developed hormonal acne at 36 years old and that wasn’t pretty. The marks the pimples were soooo ugly! I got on birth control to level out my hormones but Doc handled the rest! I’m sooooo pleased with my results! All I’m saying is book your consultation NOW!
