Very slow ignorant and rude everyone else before me when I was waiting for 20 minutes rude not hospital very slow

No wait time, very Quick cut, we are talking 10 literal minutes. Nice cut BUT fade isn't blended as it needs to be, very rushed. 3.5 out of 5, the lady was nice. $18 for a cut is $7 cheaper than others.

Advertised they were open 8-8 and they were closed all day today. Have to make another trip tomorrow. But usually they do really nice haircuts for my son.

Good service, polite staff, and good Covid protocols in place including signs stating that masks are needed to enter.

Serge's is a great place. The price is reasonable. The people working there are top notch.skilled, friendly and professional. If you know what you want, they can do it, no problem. If you're like me and have no idea.they can make good suggestions. I've never walked out disappointed.

Front parking lot was full. They have parking in rear. Got in and there was a wait for certain barbers but I have no particular barber so I got right in chair and was done a short time. Several barbers available

This place is the worst barber shop I have ever been to. I have been to a diverse amount and in different cities. Lebanon harrisburg even scranton. They are not confident in their selves and for sure gave my son a butched hair cut. Its uneven in many places i told them he had calics and they had to be on top of it cant just go over it once. And his hair is just messed up. Thank God its halloween and it can pass of as a nightmare. But this is unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional on mamy levels.

Disrespectful. Not ADA Complaint. Owner says he does not care about the disabled and handicapped. Sad.

I get the same cut everytime but it always comes out slightly different as I just go to whomever is available. Then need to tighten up on their skin fade skills. Tighten up ladies.

Used to be a decent place. The days of having another per son wash your hair be4 a haircut are over. Then aftwr you leave 22 bucks lighter after a tip are the reason that i havw not gone back. Read this closely

Excellent, quick service, and quality haircut. Ashley did my cut. Highly recommend her. She approaches her work like a form of art.

I moved further away, so I haven't been here in years, but i loved the quick service and the fair prices.

During the hair cut the barber took a nearly twenty minute intermission to talk to a fellow coworker.
