I had an extremely positive experience with the staff at Service King, especially with the manager- Clay. All repairs were done thoroughly and efficiently, and the vehicle was done on-time. In addition, communication was on a regular basis without my prompting. Excellent service!

While repairing our car in December, they had to replace one of our tires. In the course of doing so, they broke the tire pressure sensor, which is costing us an additional $230 to get fixed by Toyota. I'm very unimpressed with the quality of work at this shop.

I was having major headaches getting my car repaired, until I took it to Service King. Tremendous customer service and excellent work by the team there - felt great to have a trustworthy shop on my side.

Clay, the gm, always returned

my calls and was very honest and reasonable in his pricing of work done. I received my car in the promised time period also.

They did an excellent job on the body and the paint. With the shortage of parts it took a little bit longer, but that’s to be expected.
