We ordered a couple new tires for the steer axle on our motorhome to replace almost brand-new takeoffs with a different size. When we arrived they talked to us a bit about the situation (and mounted the new tires very quickly) and arranged a transaction between us and another customer of theirs for our takeoffs. We never would have expected them to do that when they could have sold that customer a brand new set, but they really went the extra mile to take care of us and saved us a TON of headache in the process.
