Imagine being thousands of miles away from home to learn that your basement flooded and you have no way to begin the process of restoration because you are not scheduled to return for a few weeks.
Our house sitter began the process with the people at Servpro who emailed contracts, made follow up phone calls and assured us that the initial restoration project would be started within a short time.
Eric contacted our house sitter and made arrangements with them to survey the damage within days of receiving the signed contract. He kept us in the loop with follow up phone calls until we finally were able to get back to Pennsylvania.
Nathan and his partner began the cleanup process the day after our adjuster validated our claim. They arrived when promised and worked diligently throughout the day.
Arrangements were made for follow up visits and were adhered to as scheduled.
The cleanup, demo and drying process was completed efficiently within four days.
Although the restoration will not be completed in the near future, we are very satisfied with the response time, professionalism and service provided by the team.

Thank god for Joe Doran at ServPro! As a realtor I use Servpros services a lot. But I personally had an issue that needed to be addressed asap.
