A puddle of clean water in the basement led to the discovery of pin hole leaks in copper soil pipes that required mold remediation, plumbing repairs and drywall replacement and painting in two upstairs bathrooms and a closet in the den. Servpro did the mold remediation and the drywall replacement and painting. We were very impressed with their professionalism, skills and performance. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Servpro for these services.

We had a very bad skunk odor in our home that was making our lives miserable. SERVPRO of Kennett Square / Oxford came out and removed the odor and we are very happy with the results. My focus in this review is with the two employees that were here over the two days. They could not have been more polite, friendly and professional. They explained every aspect of the job and were knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. It was a pleasure having them here.

We had water damage back in October. The team was so awesome and personable! They were honestly the only team we liked coming into our home in those 6 weeks! We did get a bill 4 months later for an additional amount that we already paid but after talking to Cliff he cleared everything up that there was a confusion/discrepancy and that we indeed already paid it! Thankyou for taking your time to hear us out and work with us! I will recomend you guys again!

Worst Phone Etiquette I have ever received, called for a quote on some water damage I had, I believe her name was Kathleen (not 100% sure) She then proceeded to tell me we cannot do quotes over the phone, which i understand was trying to schedule with her and was also explaining what had happened to my home (Basement pipe broke and flooded everything out) she then told me " MISS, I do not need to know what happened to the home, where is your location" Which was incredibly rude when I was just trying to explain the situation, and then hung up on me twice. As you can see a simple phone call cannot even be handled by them, Serve pro of Wilmington did the job, and they were great.

Be careful with Servpro they charge more for the cleaning than other company to fix everything again they never tell me how much its going to be if they told me first I would never let them do my cleaning the star I gave is for the two ladies and the guy they come but for the company none if I have an emergency in the future I never, never again call this company. I don’t recommend!: (

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with soot/smoke damage in our home. Servpro did their best to help us get the damage cleaned, they did a great job cleaning the carpets, and duct work as well. They were willing to work around our schedule as well. Would recommend.

We were opening a new recovery clubhouse and the carpets were a mess! It was so bad we considered replacing them but even that was going to take time and be way too expensive. We were opening in two business days weren't sure if that was going to be possible at that point. There was no way that we could have done this on our own. I contacted ServPro and Cliff met me right away to measure and look at the carpets. He made a few calls and was able to expedite the cleaning. The carpets were cleaned on time and within our budget. Thank you Cliff and ServPro for making miracles happen! We were able to open on the day we had scheduled. Did I mention that they looked almost brand new? I look forward to working ServPro again on all of our future projects.

Great experience, they were fast and the finished job was fantastic. Water was gone, mold gone and the place was cleaner than when they first came. Great work.

Be aware! You're at their mercy! They will overcharge you for sure and they will not negotiate if you're not going through your insurance. We called Servpro for an emergency water leak (my father had a heart attack and had water running), in Middletown, De.and they showed up. I wish it would have been one of the other companies from Delaware that actually have better reviews. They charged more to dry up place, then contractor to replace carpet, drywall, and paint. No reasoning and no compassion. We will pay their outrageous bill, but avoid them at all cost.
