SERVPRO of South Philadelphia / SE Delaware County, Collingdale PA

This was my first time using Servpro of S. Philadelphia to do my post-construction clean and boy I found a gem!
Shelly and Tiffany helped me from beginning to end. Never a moment of questioning if or when they would get this done for me. The work was pristine and done in a timely manner working with my quick turnover schedule.
I will be sure to use this office for any of my post cleans or even demo projects as they come up.

I am so thankful for this crew. During a heavy rainstorm my sump pump gave out. I came into a basement with water everywhere. I called and spoke with Tiffany (she’s great) and she had a crew to my house in an hour. The guys were very professional and efficient. I can now say I gave a dry basement once more. Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for my car. My car was drop off yesterday. The owner mike came out took pictures and said he’ll get started today. I received a call this morning saying They wouldn’t provide services to me and to come get my car. First they said because it was a odor in the car but it wasnt, but after speaking with the owner mike, he said it’s because of a former employee that he had issues with that I know, who used to work there (not me). Because I know the person, even though he spoke with this person upon dropping the car off and told the person that he will get started today. He was not going to provide the service to MY car. He personally spoke with and saw the person when my car was dropped off by 12pm yesterday. I don’t understand why my car was kept overnight if they knew they wasn’t going to do the service. They let personal matters that has nothing to do with you interfere with wether or not they will provide service to you. Very Unprofessional.

This SERVPRO team helped me through a huge pipe burst flood in my house. I came home to standing water in my living room and I called SERVPRO of South Philadelphia and they responded quickly, got to work and had my house on the road to recovery in no time. Plus, they were educational and respectful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend.

Great communication, detail focused and fantastic customer service from top down. The employees are super friendly and work very hard. They are very clear when explaining whats happening and wat eeds to be done and why.
