I am extremely displeased with the terrible customer service provided to me on 12/18/2020 while speaking with a supervisor. I inquired about a refund due to inclement weather. While trying to plan my trip I decided to log onto your website and noticed that there were notifications stating that the attractions would not be available due to the regulations under Covid-19. Although, I am aware of the limitations and I accepted the fact that not everything would be available I continued to plan my family trip. However, NO ONE AT ANY MOMENT DURING MY 40 minute conversation did they mention that the park would be closed and that the only thing available would be the Christmas drive thru. It wasn’t until I got off of the phone with your supervisor was I made aware (via twitter). During my call with your supervisor I explained that I did not want to reschedule nor did I want a credit because. She told me that since I purchased the tickets during a pandemic I should have expected there to be changes at any moment. That statement is true but works on both ends which is why I do not understand why you would not offer a refund in the first place. I asked to be forwarded to a member of management and I was told that supervisors are the last point of contact for customers. POOR MANAGEMENT! I have spent a lot of time and money with this company and to have been treated this way is insulting!

My first experience at Sesame Place may be my last visit. Not only was the customer service awful in every area, from the concession stands, the gift shops and the ride operators and ignoring the fact that everything is exceedingly overpriced we were hardly able to get NEXT to the characters.
Apparently.they were all "booked" in paid birthday parties.a few of them walked around once or twice but then there would be long lines to meet or visit them, (and you MUST line up). At some point, because they had to be shuffled off to their "paid" engagements the assisting employee would abruptly cut the line off with no apologies and walk off. Putting their arms out to guard the characters and stop any children from approaching. There were two parades.some characters were missing and they came and went quickly. For the amount people pay to visit this place even with discounts I excepted allot more. I am truly disappointed.

My mother and I are both season pass holders. We go every single Sunday to the park. Every other time we have had a fantastic time! Today not so much. We had a bad start to the day with the weather we experienced. By the end of the night things started looking up, untill my mother, niece, brother and daughter decided to ride cookie monsters high C's. The man Keagan that was working the ride was very dissmissive, he wouldn't allow my brother and niece to ride together. Which was not a problem the whole rest of our day. So my sister gets on the ride with my niece, after opening and closing the ride locks multiple times he proceeded to tell my sister she was unable to ride the ride due to being pregnant. Well she is NOT pregnant. We are just larger women. So he makes her get off the ride. I am very dissapointed by this. We come every weekend and that was completely uncalled for. The manager on gave us magic que passes, for our next visit. But that doesn't help the situation. I'm appalled by this man's assumptions. He not only made my sister extremely uncomfortable, but he also made two kids scream and cry because they were unable to ride the ride. So thanks Keagan for our wonderful experience this evening.
