This agency is trash, since they send people hired from company to them and they want to put other people in position they come with bad aditude. With a applicant out side hearing all they unprofessional conversation outside. They said to the company other stuff.

Honestly. I had to choose them all, because this to me is what I experienced. I had the opportunity of meeting Krystal and Sherry about 2 going on 3 years ago. I don't consider myself good at writing reviews that is the only reason it took me this long. But working with this agency is fantastic. They have great customer service, and they assign you with a business that is spot on in match with your skill set. I must say this is the ONLY temp agency in YORK that genuinely cared about what type of work I was looking for instead of sticking me in a warehouse position which is something that is very complicated for me because of injuries I’ve had in the past! I have been using Sesame Temps, intermittently, for nearly 30 years. They have always managed to come through for me by either placing me as a temp or helping find a temp to hire position. They never give up on trying to place me and Krystal has been my biggest support through the tough process of re-entering the workforce. After a terrible experience with one of their competitors, I decided to return to Sesame, where I’m treated like a human being. Twice I've went to Sesame for work. Their batting %100 for being the most inept company imaginable. First they couldn't find the resume that I up loaded from their website. Then the little girl who "interviewed" me had the strangest questions like why I didn't include skills on my resume I gained 25 years ago early in my career. It was like, "Tell me why you didn't include your time building blocks in kindergarten on your resume? " What a joke! Than the littlegirl kept saying "Hold on" and went into this room and closed the door. The sign said "Dispatcher". Who in the world is that! I ask a question, "Hold on" and she would scuttle off to the room to speak to "The Dispatcher" again. Lol! Very cryptic, very shady. I wouldn't be surprised if they're selling socials and identities out the back door. Humiliating! Second rate organization. Unless you want to flip burgers or something.
