I sold my house using Setton Realty and always was treated with respect and interest. Joe provided great insights and recommendations on staging and pricing. He was warm and allayed concerns and fears with his extensive expertise. From listing to signing a contract for more than the asking price was 6 calendar days. Working with Joe and Setton Realty was the least stressful and most rewarding of the activities related to moving from my prior house to my new house. Joe even called me a couple of weeks after the move to check in and see how I was doing in my new home and location.
