John was great in helping us with our purchase of our first hot tub. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and understood just what we wanted and needed in picking out a hot tub! He’s very kind and is there when any questions arrive. The other staff is also very friendly and helpful! I’m so happy that I went to Seven Seas for our hot tub!

The nicest pool and spa store I've ever dealt with. Chase was very patient and knowledgeable as I was purchasing my first hot tub. He remembers my name when I come in the store and I'm only there every 6 weeks or so.
They truly care about the customer. I've dealt with two other pool stores. They were quick to sell me my pool, then they didn't stand behind the defective liners.

We had an above ground pool installed by a subcontractor of seven seas pools and spas in North Fayette. It was not a good experience at all. The installers left our yard a mess and unsafe. They had to dig down to make the ground level and left the edges where they dug completely unsafe. They did not slope the hill and left the dirt uneven and falling over. They also left a big pile of sand in our yard and destroyed most of th grass. I did contact the manager of the store and complain, also sent them pictures of our yard and nothing was done. We are now having to spend thousands of dollars to fix our yard and make it safe so the hill side doesn't fall into the pool.

Seven seas was such a friendly atmosphere! So kind and knowledgeable; I forget the ladies name who helped me out with my spa but, she made my day.

I had the best experience with Stephen and Chase at the Robinson Town Center Seven Seas Pool and Spa when I went in the store first part of April to look at spas. I ended up with the Hot Springs SX model for 3 reasons.first, it ran on 110, second, it had the Moto massage that goes up and down your back and last.it was in stock. It was delivered last Tuesday April18th, in less than an hour and a half, the spa was in place, the lift was attached, cover in place, best sturdy steps I've ever had with other spas, it was filled and all verbal instructions given to me. Now it did take up to 24 hours to reach the 94 degrees I set, weather was in the 80's so I opted for refreshing water, not too hot so I could stay in as long as I wanted. And the Frog system for your chemicals is amazing, absolutely no chlorine smell.it smells like fresh water. I only have to change the mineral tube every 3 months and the chlorine tube that slides to top every month.these 2 tubes go on top of each other into a round opening on the spa.

The night I got it I had questions that I couldn't seem to get an answers for online, so I posted my questions on the Seven Seas site, and I never expected a phone call until the next day, but I got one that night from Stephen, one of my salesmen, who happened to see my question and he called to try to help. Totally amazing! I cannot say enough about my exceptional experience from looking for a spa to delivery and beyond with help the night it
was installed. There is no need to go anywhere else but Seven Seas Pool and Spas near you.

Stephen Key gave me really good information for how to test my water and what chemicals to use specifically for our Ph and Calcium levels. Also provided multiple options to treat both accordingly. He was helpful and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely pleased with the service and support I received from Mr. Key. Answered every question I had and gave me some helpful tips for down the road, cannot recommend enough!

We went in after purchasing a house with a hot tub. We’ve never had one before and had no idea about maintenance and they walked us through it and told us everything we would need to maintain it. We plan on going back for all our hot tub needs.
