First time appointment was made very soon. Very thorough!
They did my dog’s dental and in the 15 years of her life, they have never looked so clean

I was given an appointment and I was not told it was an “urgent care” time slot and I was charged $75. When I told them that I was never informed of this charge, as I would have chosen a different time, and.it wasn’t an urgent appointment they would not refund me the fee. Totally not taking any responsibility for the fact that the person who scheduled my appointment neglected to let me know it was an urgent care time slot. This is not the entire story but it was my last visit.

I will give them a one star because I have to but they are working with a precious baby's and tell us one thing then when you go there it's another. As someone said before it is all about the money to them. They act like people don't work went up for a flea and tick pill that they said all I would have to do is go up this month and tell them her weight she could get the pill when I got there they said had to put the order in and it would take 72hrs to get it. Told me last time I was there that it's best to get my puppy spayed before she started her periods never sent me the price to do it. That's ok I will be taken my pet to another vet that knows what there talking about and let all my friends and family not to go here.

My friend took in a stray cat and needed help finding a vet for a check up and start medication. I called seven valleys and got an appointment for the stray. Also, I helped my friend out by paying for the vet bill. The stray is temporarily being quarantined at my house. I have taken my dog and cat to seven valleys and have spent quite a lot of money two summers ago. Due to the small chance of cross contamination, I requested dewormer and flea/tick medication for my cat until I can take her in for her yearly check up. I am behind a few months doing this because my husband recently passed away. Our cat was my late husband cat and was his bff. I’m worried for my cat and just wanted a script for dewormer. The head vet said I would need to bring my cat in for all kinds of shots and a check up before I can receive the dewormer and flea/tick. I was appalled by her response. I feel the vet does not care about family’s situations and could have helped out considering I recommended taking the stray there and paid for it out of the kindness of my heart. She refused to help out with the dewormer. I could tell the lady on the phone that I spoke with felt bad about the situation. A neighbor friend of mine said he stopped taking his pets there do to a similar situation. This vet has no compassion and is only out to put money in her pocket. I do not recommend taking your pets here. Any suggestions of compassion vets who care about people and not money. Please let me know where I can find one. Thank you

They're close in proximity to us, which is a good thing. Usually can get in promptly for appointments. It does seem, however, they lack some communication within the office, and they need help with information accuracy on the rabies tags, as we recently found out after our return home when we discovered incorrect dates and tag numbers. If it weren't for that, I'd bump them up a star. They are definitely all about your pets' health, which is why you take them to a vet in the first place, so, I do recommend them for that.

Hands down the most unprofessional vet I have ever been to. Came up to my dog super aggressive. We will not be coming back

I needed an X-ray for my pittie which our old vet could not provide. Dr. Deihl is amazing. She was thorough, informative, compassionate and understanding. She worked with my dog to ensure she had the best experience possible considering this was a brand new environment for her. She listened to my concerns and showed genuine care for my dog. Something I’ve seen lacking in the past with other veterinarians. This woman and her staff love what they do and it’s clearly shown by their behavior with both the animals, and the owners. Thank you Seven Valleys Vet for being so amazing. Don’t ever change

This time I went, they were very dirty in the animal examination area, this cannot be because they could acquire another disease that your dog does not have. My dog had tons of hair stuck to her paws from a white dog. Very unpleasant and unhygienic.

Highly recommended! Knowledgeable and compassionate staff that will guide you through even the most difficult of decisions. Both doctors and nurses alike are very receptive to all concerns and questions. I feel good any time I have to leave one of my precious fur babies there, because I know they are in the best hands.

All of the staff there are great and their pricing is spot on especially for the quality/treatment that you get for your pets.

If I could rate this vet less than one star I would. From why I understood this clinic was bought out a few years ago by a new Vet. This vet just wants your money. She tried to make me feel like I was abusing my family dog, literally our baby, because I couldn't afford to spend $10,000 to fix his broken toe and have him put under once a week for 6-8 weeks. She literally was beyond condescending when I told her financially it wasn't possible. We went to Patton Veterinary Clinic in Red Lion for a second opinion and they came up with a treatment plan that everyone was confident with and we were as well for less than $500. A year later and his toe is good as new. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND MONEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.

Horrible place. Prices are ridiculous. I've taken numerous animals out there and rarely get any satisfaction. Im finally done with them.

Seven Valleys Vet has been my veterinarian of choice for the past few years. Dr. Hollway and staff are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!

I unfortunately had a really bad experience at Seven Valleys. An empathetic staff, just a very underperforming and seemingly incompetent vet. Took my pup in for a routine visit and she wouldn’t touch or examine him. She seemed very uncomfortable around animals which just seemed very counterintuitive. I know others that share this experience. Very happy we found another vet who doesn’t throw meaningless medication at every animal that walks in.

I’ve had several good encounters with SVVH over the years! They have helped me with general and preventive care for my 11 cats! Dr. Hollway & Dr. Deihl are very thorough and explanatory with their plans and goals. I have personally never felt pressure to do anything that I was unsure about. They offer me support, and when I’m ready to move to the next step, they have been there to guide me. I feel that the prices are competitive with the other surrounding vets. I like that the office is small and in a rural location.
The receptionist, Sarah, was very nice on the phone and easy to talk to.
Overall, I am pleased with the care that I have received at SVVH!
