17 Sewickley Audi you really surprised me. I was expecting the usual luxury vehicle dealership experience where the sales team stereotypes the guest that arrive even before they set foot in the door or there snobs in general This was my very first Audi purchase and experience with Audi Sewickley and Dave and Jules Blackstone in sales are genuinely nice people good people to work with. I have experienced many shady dealerships around PA. Thank you for treating me like an equal and assisting me with my very first Audi 2023 S5 Sportback. You have a Customer for life.

Service was great. Greeted at the vehicle. Performed state inspection even though that wasn’t the original reason for the service appointment.
I was fortunate to find my desired build on the lot here. Jake made it happen fast and painlessly. Knowledgeable staff and pleasurable experience through and through.
Better service than the other Audi dealership in the downtown. I will switch service for my Audi to this dealer.
Purchased my vehicle from Audi and continue to have it serviced at the same location for years. I trust the individuals that work on my vehicle. If I am ever in need of service for my Audi I know who to call.
I am not satisfied with a disposition of a broken rear hatch Drive unit. The socket portion of the unit appears to be made of plastic and cannot handle the stress of the rear gate. It failed under normal conditions. I strongly disagree with Audi saying it’s not covered under warranty, as this type Of failure is most likely due to the composition of the Drive unit socket. Audi did not provide an explanation or a report to me the customer, I was simply told it was not covered under warranty. It’s just too easy for Audi to say no without providing any supporting evidence or documentation.
This was my first visit and everything went great. Adam
kept me informed throughout the day and I was grateful he noticed my inspection was due so it could be done
at the same time I had some questions about some of the screens and Marty took extra time to show me some of
the features
I was in the Auto industry for almost 10 years and now work in technology supporting the auto industry. I have never had such a smooth and relaxed experience as I had at Sewickley Audi. I cannot stress enough how great of an experience my wife had. Cannot recommend this dealership enough!
Ronny is really experienced advisor for my car. We went in all the details and information I need. It was a really good time I spent at the dealer.
I won't by another Audi. Have had my Q3 serviced 5 times for the same issue. This dealership could care less about customer satisfaction.
We are from out of town and my sub has recently been wrecked by a deer. I sent my husband to juat test sit in a 5 series and 6 series Audi as he is a tall bigger guy. To keep from wasting anyone's time, all I wanted was for him to see of he could sit comfortably in the car. They didn't have a 6 series but they did have a 5 series that was "sold. " After my husband was told it was sold the salesman walked away without asking or speaking again. He didn't ask if he could assist him or anything else. Absolutely appalling. SIT IN THE CAR. That's all we needed. I'm only going to assume it's because my husband come in looking like an average guy in average clothes. Little do they know he makes in 1 week what they probably do all month. Disgusting.
After 15 yrs and a half dozen Audi's from Sewickley Audi, they continue to amaze me with their customer service and efforts to make the purchasing process outstanding. Marty works hard to find just what you what and make a deal work. Congrats to the entire sales and service folks at Sewickley Audi for unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. I can't imagine a better experience with sales and service! Top notch!
Ken was amazing to work with. He really took his time in helping me and made the entire process as smooth as can be. I’d definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends! And then Paige was super quick and efficient with the paperwork. It was a great experience overall. Thank you Audi team!
My new Audi was not even a year old and had very low mileage. I took it to Sewickley Audi with a brake issue and was told that I needed new brakes and rotors and that the warranty would not cover it. Matt, the service manager was absolutely no help and said that I could try Audi Care. Audi Care told me that this should be covered under warranty and they would investigate it. She called Matt and was told a different story. They said this was normal wear and tear. I come from an automotive background and this response was baloney! Audi Care is a joke. I spoke to a supervisor who actually talked down to me and was rather nasty! When I asked a simple technical question, he had no clue how to answer it. Audi Care does not "Care" about the customer. I have owned Audi's since 1984 and was very disappointed with Matt and Audi Care. I took my vehicle to a private shop and received excellent care. I will not be returning to Sewickley Audi.
Took Q5S in for inspection- all was well - driving home and car suddenly began vibrating and could not excel past 40mph - took it back and it was fixed and brought back to me the next day
I’m on my third Audi. The service I used to receive was always top notch, but this place is on a steady decline. I walked in and nobody greeted me, even though there were plenty of people working, but no customers anywhere…it Nobody answered the phones when I called. I brought my car in for service and could not get a firm answer on when I would get it back. No loaners were available to help me while they held my car for an unforeseen repair. There seems to be a high turnover in the service department.
The entire staff at Seeickley Audi was very helpful. From our salesman Ron Kean to Paige in finance and JD who helped with the technology the process was seamless. The car was spotless and ready to go when scheduled. Thanks everyone we are loving our e-tron!
