Sexy Nails and Spa

I went in just to soak off my nails. The guy that was using the nail drill was going so fast that he cut the skin next to my nail. He apologized but then continued to go just as fast and hurt me two more times. Then a woman came over and she was much better, she was taking her time and my anxiety wasn’t through the roof when she had a nail drill in her hand. Not a good experience at all, I should’ve listened to the reviews but I thought “you can’t mess up a simple soak-off”. I was wrong.

This place use to be sassy's back in the century 3 days! I went here the other day for the first time since they left the mall. And I must say how much I've missed them! Sia took care of me and she did amazing. I'm highly satisfied and definitely will be returning to her again there.

The pedicure was nice and the guys were nice but the lady that did my nails I didn’t have a good experience. She picked her nose while doing my nails. She made my nails uneven one hand is shorter then other. I asked her for a swirl on my pointer finger and I was okay with however she was to do it but idk if she didn’t know or what she got annoyed and was walking around say smt in her language while another person had to come do it and finish my nails. I felt uncomfortable. She also kept on pausing in between doing my nails to talk.

I love this place.been going here forever since they ere in cent 3 mall.it's the only place I wil go and I travel to get there and it's Def worth it they are very clean and super attentive I highly recommend

I got french tips. All the lines are sloppy, the nails are all lumpy, and none of the nails are the same size. $75 for them to look horrible

Tried this salon for the firs time. There was a bit of a wait, but as a walk-in, it’s understandable.
I am happy with the prices, I did an acrylic pink full-set and had two sets of eyebrows done.
I dont feel the service was rushed, and they were friendly.
I will update on longevity of the nails, but if I have a good experience I will definitely go back for a fill, and become a frequent customer.
One star missed only because the nails are a bit wide for me, and I did share that concern when my nail tips were being placed on.
Otherwise, great experience as a first timer.

Update 8.13.23 - I am absolutely done with this place. I have been going to this place for almost 6 months straight, and has gotten worse. I went for my birthday, they didn't give the discount even tho the kiosk I signed in on said it. You make an appointment they don't keep it or make you wait a long time. (Lady today was waiting for 45 min). Because of that I chose walk-ins as soon as they open up. Walk-ins you're not guaranteed who you get, but generally I was getting John and he was good. Had a few other people over time, with not good results. $85 for gel dip and standard pedicure. Today. Had a guy who did a half donkey pedicure. Basically anything above my ankle wasn't touched. He did my nails fine, he did one extra coat than normal, so I'm not sure how long they are going to stay - dip tends to chip faster if it's too thick. Somehow I ended up with $95 as my total. When I questioned him, he gave a couple of stupid excuses and negotiations started. I am not there to negotiate, I'm there for a bit of peace, relaxation, and self-care. Add to negotiating, the manager doesn't shut up, yammering about everything anything, God knows what, to co-workers, to herself. Zero relaxing was had at this Sexy Nails and Spa.

Original: Prices are good. My nails look good. But service is a bit rushed because they always seem to be running behind. I had one set of nails that was rushed so bad within a week the acrylic had started to chip off because they didn't get a proper dry period. Making an appointment seems kind of moot. I understand that it's a delicate balance between appointments and walk-ins, but this last time I went I waited a half hour after my appointment time and I wasn't alone. And I don't recommend them if you want to go have a mani Pedi with your bestie because of their scheduling

I have used the spa for 13 plus years. The employees do a great job pampering me and meeting my needs. My latest…. Copper colored glitter nails.

First time visiting and getting a pedicure, and we had a great experience! The vibe was relaxed so I didn't feel any anxiety like I usually do going to a salon (pedicures are a rare treat for me!) The chairs were so nice and comfortable, and gave a nice massage! We will definitely go back!

Fast and particular. Haven't had a pedi in a long time but used to get them regularly. This place is one of, if not the best place I've been. My tech gave the best massage, too. And great polish selection!

Great service, and I love the atmosphere. I didn’t even have to wait long to get service. He did a really good job on my pedicure.

They Rush to get me done the pedicure wasn't even relaxing the water was Luke warm he rushed to gete done, my polish was coming off the next day. What waste of money,! Find another place. Wanted to add they did respond to my post and I was offered a 20 dollar discount I paid 66 dollars for the service. The woman I spoke to was rude they asked me to call. I told her I was responding to a message I received! If you really didn't want to speak to me don't ask me call!

Always so friendly and accommodating! Very welcoming when you walk in with a friend greeting of hello! I always choose Sexy’s when i want to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure and beautiful manicure!

The lady that did my pedi was so sweet and did a great job on my feet! I definitely will be back.

Terrible experience. Made appointments for spa package. Got none of that what was advertised. Nail color on toes picked by the manicurist to match wasn’t even close. The gel manicure has bumps in it. Not smooth. Won’t go back.

I called ahead and scheduled a 3: 30 pm deluxe pedicure appt (which I arrived on time) with a particular nail technician. Finally after having to wait 25 minutes, he told me he did not have time to do a deluxe pedi and he could only do a regular one. I was already soaking my feet and was quite perturbed. I offered to reschedule since I really wanted to use the $50 gift certificate I received as a gift. He assured me he would do as much as he could. He did not!
I should NOT be penalized because YOU could not stay on time! Needless to say, that will be my last time at Sexy Nails.

Got a fill and instead of him
Taking off the bright blue color I had on two colors he just went over top of it and you can see the color on the sides and the two nails are different colors than the other nails. And two days later my mail came off. Horrible experience. I have a very busy schedule and I don’t live that close to it and I can’t just go back for them
To glue it back on and it fall
Off again. So I def won’t ever be back.
