Too many people not wearing masks or having them below their noses. We are still in a pandemic.

Prices are out of this world. It is all fresh. The store is super clean with sanatation station at the front. Meat counter has an older gentleman that goes out of his way to get you what you want. He is the sweetest. I shop here every two weeks for my groceries and stop and get a few of their amazing donuts

Fresh fruits and vegetables, good prices, and food from the smorgasbord and/or their featured sauces, jellies, and other condiments.

Very large selection of meats, seafood, and other market items. But the hand made doughnuts, whoopee pies, caks and pies were great.

Got there late on a Saturday so bakery wiped out. Quite the large store little overwhelming for first time. Incredible fruit and veggies section.didn't know there were so many different kind of apples.

Vast collection of local and imported produce at great price. My favorite is locally sourced cheese, bologna, veggies and apples.

I've been a fan of Shady Maple for two decades. Why the two stars? The absolute recklessness in labeling products for allergens is appalling. I generally check every ingredient for dairy allergens but neglected to on a recent trip. I'm so glad that I read before I ate because every nearly baked good was incorrect. Not only did Shady Maple omit allergens, they included some that weren't even in the product. It looked as if they were playing allergen roulette or picked random allergens out of a hat. I now have a trash bag full of baked goods and serious disdain for Shady Maple. While I understand that it's ultimately on me to read ingredients, it's downright dishonest and pretty weird to write "corn" as an allergen on a product without corn and omit "dairy" when it has three instances of dairy. Do Better.

There is some great selections here. There is also a ton of Shady maple brands to select from which is very nice as it seems as most of their things is high quality. I like the options to get other local Lancaster County items.

Meat prices are great especially when you buy a package that can be cut to size. Also the apple wood sausage is to die for.

THE BEST DOUGHNUTS EVER! Great deals on high quality produce, fairly comprehensive bulk section, good service, and lots of amazing baked goods/prepared foods. My favorite grocery store ever!

All I can say is, WOW! Found everything we wanted, and then some. Really nice selection of fresh meats and smoked meats. Gluten free breads and cakes.

Visiting with COVID-19 restrictions in place is less fun than usual, but it is still an excellent place to go for a hearty breakfast or lunch on weekdays (weekday dinners aren't in my budget, Saturdays roll from breakfast to all-day-dinner, closed Sundays).

My favorite is always to show up around 10: 20. Breakfast is still out, but they open up seating for lunch. Yes, you pay the (higher) lunch price, but this way you can have an amazing brunch by mixing the last of breakfast with all the fresh lunch items. Start with the "grill" if you want waffles or custom pancakes.

Due to the pandemic, seating capacity is only 50% of normal. This can lead to seating wait times on Saturday or weeknights, but isn't an issues weekdays. Tables are spaced further appart. And masks must cover both mouth & nose when not seated.

Also due to the pandemic, buffets in PA are all "touchless". Get fresh disposal gloves before fetching food or drink, then dispose of the gloves in marked trash cans. Note that all the condiments are set up on what are normally the 1st three tables & you still need your gloves to get these items. As always, children should be supervised at the buffet, but for a change they are actually enforcing that. Don't forget, always take clean plates each trip & consider clean drinkware too.

Lots to choose from. Bakery has it all. Vegetables must get weighed. Saturdays are extremely busy.

So happy this is now my local grocery store after moving to the area. Very wide selection of food. Love the little snack bar to get a pretzel to distract the kids while shopping.

I love shady maple market. The donuts are the BEST. The meat counter can't be beat. The only thing that I can say is that there isn't a real direction to go through the store. It gets a little stressful running into people going in circles. That said tho, we go every chance we can.

What great store. An hour and a half ride from our house and we look forward to shopping there every time we get in that area.
