Wonderful tour of Italy with Dawnn anticipating all of our itinerary based on her own experience. Couldn't ask for more.

Shadyside Travel has been helping us plan trips for many years. Joe and Dawnn are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They take the time to give every client personalized attention. Our recent cruise to Norway was wonderful and made even better because of the help we received from Shadyside Travel. If you have never used a travel agent or if you are looking for a travel agent, do yourself a favor and call them.

Traveling back from out of the country after booking with this agency and they booked me on the lowest service class the airline had which meant I would be the first person booted for an over weight or over booked flight. Reached out to Dawn who booked the travel arrangements for me and she provided little to no help or compassion over the issue that I had. First time I used this travel agency and it will be my last time. Very disappointed!

I had an idea to kidnap my mom and take her to Paris on a girls' trip. I called Dawnn and told her my idea and she made my mom's and my wildest dream come true. We visited the Louvre and Champagne country where we got to tour the champagne houses and try some samples! Dawnn made sure everything was taken care of including a transfer to & from our hotel. I couldn't ask for a better vacation and I know my mom and I will remember it forever. Thank you Dawnn!

Dawnn did such a great job on our trip to Italy. Best vacation ever from the dinner with a host family in Rome, transportion to Florence via Tuscany and the private gondola ride in Venice.
