7Punctuation has been consistent and timely; I've dealt with them twice this month (Dec. 2023). Each time I have had the same service Tech, Josh. I just cannot say enough about this employee, every check box applies and his ability to be courteous and mindful is superlative, I hope the company does whatever it takes to keep him on their team, it should be an absolute must.
They came out and installed our pellet stove. After 8 days it quit working so they sent the HVAC guy out. Really great guy. Walked thru everything with is to find out the chimney needed cleaned from the last stove that blew up. If I could give them 10 's I would.
We had signed up for the monthly plan so we could be serviced before the winter season. Very affordable and gave us peace of mind. Roy came to service this year put all new filters everything that could be serviced. Answered all questions and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately he had found sluge in our tank. A hole in the tank and or crushed fuel lines. In a matter of days they placed a new tank and ran new fuel lines and was able to get us heat within a matter of days. They work as extremely clean. They explained everything and answered all questions
I would recommend Shafers for everyone to use. A small monthly payment is well worth it or even one payment if not on tight budget

Arron was great on time messaged me when he was on way and when he got here then unlike some other companies he sat down and explained the problem and how to fix it the company it’s self is very fast at getting someone out and really know what they are doing

ALL 3 OF THESE GUYS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL POLITE AND CARE ABOUT THE COSTUMER AND MAKES SURE WE UNDERSTAND ALL ABOUT THE SYSTEM. THANK YOU SHAFER'S FOR THE PERSONAL POLITE EMPLOYEES FROM THE PHONE TO THE HOME! THE GUYS LEFT OUR HOME NEAT CLEAN AND YOU WOULD OF NEVER KNOWN THEY INSTALLED A NEW FURANCE EXCEPT FOR THE COZY COMFORT WE FELT AFTER THEY LEFT.
