Shafnisky Electric has done a few jobs for us, most recently our In-ground pool wiring. They were fast, reputable, and work was excellent passing inspection the first time! Highly recommend!

Our technician Lou was awesome! On time, personable and efficient. He figured out the electrical issue right away and resolved it quickly. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend to anyone having an electrical issue.

This review is for the customer care I experienced. I had an urgent electrical need this morning and while someone wasn't immediately available to schedule for a service, my need was understood and I was provided with a few contacts that Shafnisky works with and would also call back later to see how I was doing. The empathy and support regarding my situation was greatly appreciated. Because of their recommendations I was able to get my immediate needs addressed, even if it wasn't through them specifically. 5 star customer care for non-clients is a rarity. Shafnisky electric is my go to for any electrical issue! I have never had to wait to get work done. I know, if needed, they would be here ASAP. The entire staff is top notch. The office staff is kind, patient and very helpful. Jenna is a keeper. I have had Mark, Glen and Bob in my home. Their work is outstanding. We had some outlets replaced and a light fixture hung in part of our kitchen that didn’t have any overhead lighting. Every part of this project was simple and smooth; from calling the office to schedule an estimate to the technicians coming out and completing the work. I would highly recommend Shafnisky Electric to anyone looking for a great company and quality work.

Both gentlemen who came to install our light fixture were very professional and courteous. They were able to navigate a tight space with a very large ladder for high installation and took precautions to protect the inside of our home. This is was the first time having worked with the company and will use them in the future.

Tom Shafnisky Electric did an excellent job at our church installing the new Vive LED lighting system, they replaced all the electrical panels, light switches, and added a separate light breaker panel, there workers were polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough, I was very pleased with the work it was over and above on the way this job was done, I would use them again in a heartbeat

I had a GREAT first experience with Shafnisky Electric. Everyone I spoke with is top-notch - professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with, including Jenna at the office, Mark, who did the estimate, and Glenn, who did the work. Glenn arrived right on time, installed a new outlet exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up everything as soon as he finished, and answered all of my questions. The price was reasonable too, including the cost for a bit of additional work I needed that wasn't part of the original estimate. It was an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Emergency call on a freezing, snowy weekend night. Electrician arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and got our power up. Highly recommend Shafinsky! I called Shafinsky under the impression that they were the electrical contractor of our home built 20+ year ago with a question regarding placement of electrical box which has since been covered in our finished basement. It turned out they were NOT the original contractor when house was built. From the professional office staff to the owner of the company calling me back and leaving a very insightful detailed message, I was treated as a long time customer. Based on the professionalism that was received with a phone call from a non customer, I could only imagine that type of excellence is carried forward with the service that they provide and i would not hesitate to recommend their company!

We had Shafnisky Electric install lighting above and below our kitchen cabinets. The look achieved is amazing! The electrician showed up on time and was very professional. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

I run a very busy District Court in Bethlehem. These guys came in and replaced all the ceiling light fixtures over a week’s period. They were polite, professional and efficient, and were able to do the job without any major disruptions to our work. The new LED light fixtures needed to be adjusted (they were much brighter than the old fluorescent fixtures) and they took the time to adjust the color and intensity to our liking. I can’t speak to pricing because the landlord paid for the work, but the service was outstanding. I would recommend them to others. I was so impressed and happy that I took the time to call the owner to tell him how much we appreciated their service.
