Shake Shack KOP (Outside of Mall), King of Prussia PA

Why are the employees loud and belligerent while working? I'm not talking about taking orders, or letting customers know that their orders are ready. I'm talking about while making food, all types of unprofessional behavior, such as having personal conversations while working, where customers can hear and see all of this unfolding. The cashier in the middle of taking my order, asked another employee why was he able to go home, when she was not able to go home to her children? I get it.but did I need to know that? #UNPROFESSIONAL #PLEASESTOPTHEMADNESS

Order uber eats.burger was soggy but mind you I don't put sauce on my burger. I got the bacon red pepper burger and they put mad peppers no bacon.honestly for what they charge not worth it.

I got a hot honey chicken burger and shared strawberry shake with kids. They were both great and I liked the flavorful spicy sauce in the burger especially. We did takeout and ate outside seats which I felt the spaces are little too narrow.

Meh. Very small portions for the price. I had the Shroom burger and it was ok. Ordered the chicken bites for the kids. Chicken was so bland and so were the fries. The non alcoholic drinks tasted like Hi C. Won’t be eating at this chain again

Once used to be a very good place to eat. Today the employees don’t event want to take your order and they look around like we should wait forever. Maybe they are online working for the online orders. It is either bad attitude or poor management. The place is dirty and it does not look like a proper place to dine-in.

Waited 23 mins for 1 burger and a milkshake at 11am. Asked Manager about my order. Her response was, "Dont know what to tell you. "

Loud open kitchen, young adult and their colorful conversations and no way to tell who's in charge. I ordered a meal for my young teen and I assume he enjoyed it ok but as for me I'll probably never patronize a shake shack. It's not that I'm above such an establishment but the impression has been set.

Fantastic food. Avoid the peak times though! Waited 40+ minutes at 645pm, remember there's Doordash orders that will be ahead of you so a short line might be a long wait for that delicious burger, crinkle fries and shake.

Great tasting burgers.

Their milkshakes and variations of lemonade are phenomenal.

This particular location is always packed. So it's probably best to place your order online. Unless you plan on dinning in or don't mind the wait.

Overall the food is good, a little pricey for a burger and Fry place. Though your taste buds and stomach should be happy. If a good burgers is what you crave.

THE best Shake Shack in terms of customer service. The two guys at the front were so kind and accommodating when there was an issue with my order. Not to mention the food was delicious as usual, so I will def be back again.

Nice first time visit. Friendly service. The Shake Sauce had just the right hotness to the spice. The red peppers were an interesting addition, with just a hint of extra flavor

My 1st time ever and it was delicious food, the kindest most prompt server. Will most definitely be back! Thank you so much for your kindness on such a busy day no matter where you visit for mother's day

Just picked up an order for a party
Only have one child at the party and the only item missed on our order was the 6pcs bites!
Not happy, 2 year old not happy either.

Times are hard. Good help is hard to find and they are just trying to make a buck. I get it. The only thing that bothered me. 1 thing. Everything else was great. The cashier was typing on her phone while taking my order. And continued to be on her phone the entire time. Although very impressed by her multitasking skill. It was rude. She continued looking at her phone taking the next order.

Chicken bites were greasy like they cooked them earlier in the day and then refried them even the fries were loaded with grease,

We walked to the door, and an associate who had been serving a pick-up order was also walking back in. Rather than being in a hurry, he held the door open and welcomed us.

The line to order food had several people, but moved quickly, as the woman taking the orders was efficient. The kitchen was abuzz with activity, preparing orders as quickly as possible and, within 10 minutes, we had our food. The burgers were fresh and cooked properly, the fries were very good, and the shake was quite tasty!

Hats off to the staff for making it a good experience!

Ordering was fast. Getting the food took 35 minutes and was cold. They forgot part of the order. The workers were nice though.

Burgers were excellent, fries & chicken bite were a little under cooked but over all it was good. Drinks and shakes were great.

This was my first time. I placed a to go order but thankfully I checked my bag. My order was not correct! There was a friendly staff member that corrected it immediately and compensated me as well! He was very friendly and courteous so that is why i will definitely go back!
