Food was good, service was fast, and the crowd was chill! Now I can have tha Shack anytime and don’t have to slide downtown…

We had shakes. It took a little longer than expected to complete the order. Other than that it went well and the shakes were worth the wait.

Ordering was easy, we got our food quickly, it was delicious, and there was ample seating upstairs that we took advantage of!

The service was great but that vegan 'Shroom burger is the worst, the whole cheese oozing out of the middle was a bad idea because most vegan don't eat cheese and the whole thirteen dollar price is a rip off. Save your money, go to 4421 Main Street, Lucky's something you'll thank me!

I ordered their chicken nuggets and regular french fries and I was very disappointed. The nuggets were greasy and the oil that it was fried in tasted as if it hadn't been changed in a while as well as being overly seasoned. It left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. The french fries tasted like cardboard with no flavor. $11 wasted.

If you want to wait 45 minutes for an overpriced burger and shake that were mid, then this is the place for you!

Very busy, but service was still quick. Friendly staff. The food however was a major disappointment. I have had way better Shakes at Burger King. Parmesan fries were good quality, but nearly no flavor of any Parmesan cheese at all. The Truffle Shroom sandwich was small, and not very flavorful, but the chicken was good quality.

Lunch with a human I met at Shake Shack was delicious: portobello mushroom burger & fries. The best part was the music as we sat and chatted about life!

I ordered a single shack burger like a hour ago today, a to go order. I’ve had shake shack thousand times already, first time at this location though. I have to take one star off.because the beef patty is a medium rare, but for me, I always want medium well for the burger patty. So expect to see me again tonight. I will need a refundLet me finish my fries and hot dog first. Staffs are nice though.

Good quick lunch place during busy work day. Quick to place order and pick. Love their mashroom burger and regular milk shake. Nothing can beat their milkshake but customer service is not so great at this location.

The food is good. It's not that expensive and the service is good too. A good place to take a quick bite.

Overpriced, great food and the milkshakes are tooo good. Need to try the hot dogs soon. Fries is extremely basic, go somewhere else to get more fries for a cheaper price.

Drove 15 mins here after placing my order online. My order was expected to be completed 15 - 20 mins after placing the order. I picked up my order and drove home and when I arrived my order was missing items. I called the restaurant and all I got was the manager’s voicemail so I left a message. Sadly no one returned my call.
