Words cannot be expressed the gratitude we have to GOD for placing Shanty in our path. We had listed our home two times with two separate realtors that were unable to sell our home. But shanty got our Hone sold! She specializes in homes that didn't sell the first time around. She guaranteed the house would sell quickly. And it did. She did an open house. She went around the entire neighborhood handing out invites to the neighbors to let them know about the open house. She had a lender on site for anyone that was Interested In getting approved for a mortgage. She had professional pictures taken.they were so beautiful. She gave us tips on what to do to spruce up the house with just a few quick fixes. On the day of the closing she even came with a gift of appreciation for trusting her with our business.
