My screen burned out and I had to race from work to EB Mall and Neal was incredibly patient, kind and really knowledgeable/honest when it came to repairing my phone. Excellent customer service and incredibly dedicated to his work!

Hard to find honest and reliable vendors/companies but Neil and Shattered Screens delivers compared to other companies that will charge you twice as much with bad customer service. Don’t let any comments/reviews fool you, a lot of impatient, irrational and unreasonable people who would rather rush the job than expect quality. Neal delivers quality and puts the customer first. 5/5 job!

Very honest and does an excellent job. Prices are reasonable and in fact less than competitors nearby. Definitely would recommend him for any future repairs. Luckily he is close to my house but even if someone had to come from far for repairs, it is worth it. High quality work and uses the best available parts.

Very nice people, nice store with but the price of the particular screen I needed was more expensive than my phone was but the labor to fix the phone was very reasonable. I only gave 4-stars because I didn't actually have any work done there to know how good the work is but I definitely tried.

Did my note 8 in no time and most affordable then others. His Price was about $60 cheaper then other places around.
