I have been coming here for three years now and the ladies are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and assist with finding the perfect glasses. I have three children that also come here and they are so good with my children.
I recently received a new pair of glasses and took them back the next day because they weren't right. Lady took the glasses and upon looking at them said these are definitely wrong and said they will have them remade. Received a text message saying my new glasses were ready for pickup so again I go down there and all they had was the lenses. No frame due to the fact that the lady took them from me the previous time I went in. So they decided to take the DISPLAY frame and put my new lenses in and tried to pass them on to me! Sorry, I paid for NEW frames and lenses. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
I went to pick up my trial contacts and the doctor whispered to staff that I needed to make an appointment rather than speak to me when I was right in front of him. Then when I asked if it was required that I make a fitting appointment since I have to pay out of pocket and in the last 10 years I have worn contacts I’ve never had to make a fitting appointment the lady at the front desk was so rude and snarky.
Went above and beyond to help me with an emergency, so thankful to the entire staff for taking such good care of my eye pain!
